Product Usage Instructions
1. Power On/Off Instructions
Power On: Press the ON/OFF button for 3
seconds.
Power Off: Press the ON/OFF button for 3
seconds and then click ‘power off’ on the screen.
2. Magnetic Stripe Card
Put the magnetic card into the magnetic card slot with the
magnetic side towards the printer. Ensure the card is smooth and
steady when swiping it.
3. Smart Card
Insert the smart card into the smart card slot with the metal
pads facing up. Refer to the card identification for correct
orientation.
4. Contactless Card
Tap the contactless card near the contactless card reader zone
on the device to initiate a contactless card transaction. Use only
one contactless card at a time to avoid conflicts.
5. Charging
Connect the USB-C cable to the POS terminal and the other end to
a dedicated power source to charge the terminal.

FCC Regulations

Radio Frequency (RF) Energy
1. This device is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States.

2. User instruction
2.1 ON/OFF instruction POWER ON: press ”

2.2 Magnetic stripe card
Put the magnetic card into the magnetic card slot to read it, with magnetic side towards the printer. Keep the card smooth,
steady when swiping the card.
2.3 Smart card
Insert smart card into the smart card slot, with the metal pads of the smart card facing up, please refer to card identification.
2.4 Contactless card
Tab the contactless card near the contactless card reader zone on the device, to make contactless card transaction.
Put one contactless card one time to avoid confliction.
2.5 Charging
Connect the USB-C cable to POS terminal, connect the other end of the cable to the dedicated power to charge the terminal.

4. Instruction and usage
4.1 Please charge the terminal within the specified voltage range, if the voltage is too low or too high, the performance of the terminal might be effected or damaged.
4.2 Please make sure the connection is correct when connecting the device to the host and/or the power adaptor. 4.3 Don’t damage the power cable, if the cable is damaged, do not use it anymore. 4.4 Don’t expose the terminal with direct sunlight, high temperature, humidity, dusty or strong corrosive gas. 4.5 Stay away from liquid, don’t use the product where the water may pour over or enter into, don’t operate the product with
wet hand. 4.6 It is strictly prohibited to open the terminal without permission, otherwise the terminal will fail, the consequence will be at
your own risk. 4.7 If the terminal fails, please contact maintenance personnel, user is not allowed to maintain or repair the terminal without
permission. 4.8 Be sure to use the dedicated battery or specified type of battery, otherwise it may cause the risk of explosion. Don’t
disassemble, impact, squeeze the battery. Don’t short circulate the electrodes of the battery. Don’t expose to fire or high temperature. Stop using the battery after soaked in water. 4.9 Please remember to close the battery cover after replacing the battery.
4.10 Please check the smart card slot carefully before usage, to make sure there is no shims or other foreign objects inside. 4.11 It is strictly prohibited to charge and replace batteries in dangerous places. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an
incorrect type.Dispose of used battery according to the instructions. 4.12 Hereby, [Dreamtek Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd] declares that the radio equipment type [Model: D1, D1 IN] is in
compliance with Directive 2014/53/EU. 4.13 Only use Dreamtek qualified power adaptor for battery charging. For the battery, the charging temperature is 0°C to
40°C, the operating temperature is -10°C to 40°C. Do not operate and use the terminal beyond the temperature range, otherwise it may cause the risk of explosion. 4.14 The battery cover is intended for occasional use only by the ordinary person, to install SIM card.
5. Password anti-peep instruction
1. Using body or hand as a blocker when entering the password to prevent it from being peeped. 2. The CCTV area should as far as possible from the placement of the terminal when installing the surveillance camera, so
as to avoid the cardholder’s PIN leakage. 3. Clients and merchants need to conduct routine inspection to ensure that the device has not been changed and there are
no suspicious objects within the smart card and magnetic card slot.
