DP AV Bluetooth Earbuds Troubleshooting
The First Step:
- Tear off the bottom insulation sticker.
The Second Step:
- Put the earbuds into the charging compartment to active.
The Third Step:
- After closing the lid, check wheather the blue light for charging is on.
- If it doesn’t light up, try putting the earbuds back into the charging compartment and plug in the charging cable for ten minuites.
The Fourth Step:
- Open the cover to observe the situation of the earbuds lights.
1. In normal earbuds, two red lights will lighting up and flash at the same time.
2. After flashing for a while, one of the earbuds lights will go out, and only one earbudds light will continue to flash. ( The waiting time will be longer about a minuite when pairing for the first time.) After only one earphone light pairing for the first time.) After only one earphone light flashes, the earphones can be used normally.
If the blue light of the charging compartment lights up normally, you can open the cover directly and observ whether the light of the headset is normal. similarly, wait for the light of one of the earphones to go out ( this means that the paiing between the two earphones is successful), and then you can use it normally.
This will allow normal pairing and connection.
If one or both earbuds are off, when the lid is opened. Check the bottom connects for dirt. If there is, remove it and put it back in the charging case. Open and close the lid again to active.
Putting tbe earbuds into the charging compartment several times to active, as the video, then try to connect to the mobile phone.
Next I will demonstrate another failure situation:
If the magnet falls off, opening and closing the cover will not respond (because the Hall function does not work)
But at this time, we used the charger to charge the charging compartment, and it still works normally.
When the charging compartment is connected to the charger, opening the charging compartment at this time will display one earphone or two (this depends on which earphone is not fully charged, when the earphone is not fully charged, the charging earphone will light up in red) and it will light up red light.
In this case, the earbuds is not turned on and cannot be connected to the mobile phone, and the red light just means it is charging.
Then we try to restore the magnet, and we will find that the earbuds will be the same as the previous video, normal.
