Frequently Asked Questions
The 35 watt ceiling speakers I have have plenty of loudness. If it didn’t work, you may always try it again or return it. Very compact footprint and great amp for the money.
No, it pairs silently and is experienced with OSM! highly regarded
Hello. Yes, this is feasible.
If the speaker power is too high, this problem could arise.
Hello. It cannot be immediately repeated. Audio input must be connected to CH3/4.
This problem occurs, and it is not exclusive to this gadget; it affects a lot of Bluetooth devices. The simplest solution, in my opinion, is to just “Forget this device” on your phone or other source audio device, which will remove it from your list of playing devices. You may then “Re-Learn” or “Re-Discover” it.
I have four speakers installed in a patio’s exterior ceiling and my unit is indoors. While carrying my phone, I have walked up to 50 feet away from the unit without losing a Bluetooth signal. I have four of these wonderful devices.
Hello. Only U-Disk is supported via its USB port.
Hello. Please depress the back panel key. It may simultaneously output to 4 channels.
1. Disconnect the AC cord for 10 metres.
2. On your source device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and uninstall the amp that was previously installed.
3. Try scanning once more.
Hello. Only input via Bluetooth, not output, is supported. It can pick up Bluetooth signals from your phone, computer, etc. and then send them over wires to speakers.
Hello. Ceiling speakers are not compatible with it.
