Product Usage Instructions
Disassembly:
Unscrew the HOSE NUT. Unscrew the injection stem assembly nut (PDI702) and pull down on the stem to detach from the body of the unit.
Check Valve Assembly:
Unscrew check valve nut (PDI734U) and pull out check valve assembly (PJDI140). Ensure it comes out in one piece. Apply Dosa-Lube on the check valve barb o-ring (JDI130).
Upper Check Valve Replacement:
Pull out the upper check valve (PJDI063) and discard. Replace with a new upper check valve assembly (PJDI063).
Plunger Seal Replacement:
Carefully remove the old plunger seal (JDI148) and replace it with the new one.
Reassembly:
Place the upper check valve (PJDI063) on the check valve barb and insert the check valve (PJDI140) at the bottom of the white stem. Screw check valve nut (PDI734U) back on.
Final Assembly:
Push the complete injection stem assembly into position at the bottom of the unit, ensuring proper alignment. Slide the injection sleeve nut (PDI702) up the sleeve and screw it back on.
Hose Attachment:
Cut 1 inch from the tip of the hose in a straight line. Insert the hose back onto the bottom of the check valve barb and screw the hose nut back on.

- Unscrew the HOSE NUT. Unscrew the injection stem assembly nut (PDI702) and pull down on the stem to detach from the body of the unit.
- Unscrew check valve nut (PDI734U) and pull out check valve assembly (PJDI140). It should come out in one piece, if not, be sure to remove the barb.
- Pull out the upper check valve (PJDI063) and discard.
- Carefully remove the old plunger seal (JDI148) and replace ace with the new one.
- Place upper check valve (PJDI063) on check valve barb, making sure to insert spring portion down. Insert the check valve (PJDI140) at the bottom of the white stem; the 4 white keys on the check valve should seat next to the 4 keys on the bottom of the stem. Screw check valve nut (PDI734U) back on.
Rub a small amount of Dosa-Lube on the check valve barb o-ring (JDI130). - Push the complete injection stem assembly into position at the bottom of the blue body, making sure the desired scale is facing the front of the injector. Keys at the top of the black sleeve should slide into the slots at the bottom of the body. Slide injection sleeve nut (PDI702) up the sleeve and screw back on.
- Cut 1” from the tip of the hose in a straight line. Insert the hose back onto the bottom of the check valve barb. Screw hose nut back on.
CAUTION: Parts may contain concentrated chemicals. The use of Proper Protective Equipment is recommended when performing maintenance.
To remove the seal easily without tools, squeeze it on either side to raise the seal, then slide it over the groove. Using sharp tools could damage the plunger.
