DESCRIPTION OF STEPS TO USE ESIM FUNCTION

Download ESIM

Caution：

• This eSIM should be installed by QR code scanning within 60 days upon purchase date. If not installed within 60 days, it will be automatically terminated。
• eSIM can be installed only one time. Do not delete your eSIM after installation on your device (New QR Code will not be provided if you delete the initial eSIM)。
• eSIM cannot be extended if you delete the eSIM from your device. You need to buy new eSIM plan and install。

1. Open service
   1. Confirm you have a good network/WIFI connecting
   2. Go settings>esim management>Manage your esim profiles
2. Scan QR code
   1. Method 1:Scan Download>Scan the QRcode card
   2. Method 2:Choose from album
   3. Method 3:Input Download>Enter the activation code
3. Active
   1. Click LUI button
   2. Esim profile be Enable
4. Go on Internet
   1. Open setting>SIM card & mobile data>mobile network>Open mobile data>Roaming>Set ANP
   2. Test Internet

Switch ESIM

Caution：

• The new eSIM is automatically enabled. If you need to use other eSIM numbers, you need to manually switch the eSIM。
• Only one eSIM number can be Enable at the same time。
• To enable the new eSIM, you need to confirm to open data, roam, and set APN sites before using the Internet function。

1. Open service
   1. Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting
   2. Go settings>esim management>Manage your esim profiles
2. Select Disabled Esim
   1. Click LUI button
3. Active
   1. Select the disabled eSIM, click Enable button
4. Go on Internet
   1. Open setting>SIM card & mobile data>mobile network>Open mobile data>Roaming>set ANP
   2. Test Internet

Delete ESIM

Caution：

• eSIM cannot be extended if you delete the eSIM from your device. You need to buy new eSIM plan and install。

1. Open service
   1. Confirm you have a good network/WIFI connecting
   2. Go settings>esim management>Manage your esim profiles
2. Select delete esim
   1. Click LUI button
3. Delete
   1. Seletc esim>Delete
4. Complete
   1. ESIM is not displayed

Buy ESIM

Caution：

• eSIM cannot be extended if you delete the eSIM from your device. You need to buy new eSIM plan and install。
• You can install up to 3 eSIMs. To continue, you need to delete the disabled eSIMs

1. Start ESIM Store App
   1. Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting
   2. Start ESIM STORE APP
      
2. Buy eSIM products
   1. Select eSIM traffic products
3. Pay
   1. Click the PAY button to complete the payment
   2. Enter the email addess for the first time purchase
4. Activate
   1. Activate QRcode
   2. Open setting>SIM card & mobile data>mobile network>Open mobile data>Roaming>set ANP
      Test Internet

Top Up ESIM

Caution：

• The top up function only supports newly purchased eSIMs。

1. Start ESIM Store App
   1. Confirm you have a good network/WIFI connecting
   2. Start ESIM STORE APP
2. Top Up
   1. Click My eSIMs
   2. effective eSIM plans>Top up>Pay
   3. Expired eSIM plans>Top up>Pay
3. Pay
   1. Click the PAY button to complete the payment
4. Complete
   1. View My eSIMs> Filip
   2. Top up complete
