DJI Mini 2 User Guide

If your phone is not connecting to the DJI Mini 2 aircraft after connecting via USB-C, please check the following troubleshooting steps based on the user guide and official DJI support resources:

• App Installation: Ensure you have downloaded and installed the DJI Fly app. You can find it at dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly.
• Power Sequence: Ensure both the remote controller and the aircraft are powered on correctly. To power on, press once, then press and hold the power button on both devices.
• Cable Connection: Verify the USB-C cable is fully inserted into the remote controller's port and your phone. If you are using a third-party cable, try using the original DJI RC cable included in the box.
• Phone Settings: For Android devices, ensure that USB Debugging is enabled in developer options if the connection is not recognized automatically. For all devices, ensure the DJI Fly app has all necessary permissions (Location, Storage, etc.) enabled.
• Firmware: If the screen does not change, try connecting the remote controller to a computer and using DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) to check for firmware updates.
