Remove Battery Tab
Batteries initially included.
Remove the back cover by pressing the battery door, and remove the PULL tab.
Battery Replacement
- Press Battery door.
- Slide door open.
- Press Red button to change batteries.

Pair to DISH
- On your DISH box lift the tab and press the SYS Info button.

- Press any button on your new remote.
Three beeps indicate the process is complete.
Pair Remote to TV
- Press Home on the remote.

- In DISH, select Settings, then Remote Control.

- Select TV, and then TV Pairing Wizard.

Explore Your Remote

- Power-Turn your TV, and DISH box on/off.
- Previous Channel- Goes to last channel watched.
- Mute- Mute or unmute volume.
- Rewind- Press to go back 10 seconds. Press and hold to rewind
- DVR- Display Recordings menu. ie: Watch Recordings. *Press twice for DVR options.
- Select- Make selections. Can also be used to Record shows when watching.
- Navigation Pad- Use arrows to navigate up/down, left/right.
- Back- Press to go back one screen.
- Live- Press to go to live TV.
- CC- Turns on/off close captions.
- Fast Forward- Press to fast forward 30 seconds. Press and hold to fast forward.
- Home- Display the Home Screen. *Access Menu and Settings via Home Screen.
- Guide- Display Program Guide. *Press Twice for Guide options.
- Info- Display program info.
- Voice- Press and hold down the voice button to ask the Voice Assistant to help you find what you’re looking for.
- Search Button- Search onscreen with text.
- Loop Hole- Attach lanyard here. *Optional, lanyard not included.
DVR and Record
Press DVR to access your Recordings. Press DVR twice for DVR options.

Record in Live
Press SELECT when watching from Live and choose RECORD with the Navigation Pad.

Record in Guide
When in GUIDE, select the desired program and use Navigation Pad to select RECORD.

Voice Command
With Voice Commands, just Press, Hold, and Speak.

- Change Channel:
Say, “Tune to ESPN” to start watching ESPN. - Navigation:
Say, “Open Guide” to open the Guide. - Controls:
Say, “Play,” “Pause,” or “Fast Forward” while watching. - Launch Apps:
Say, “OnDemand,”or “Netflix”. - Personalization:
Say, “Audio Description off,” or “Magnification on”. - Settings:
Say, “Record this,” to start Recording.
Pair Speaker
- Press Home button on the Remote.
- In DISH select the following. Settings, Remote Control. Devices, Auxiliary Device, Audio Accessory, Next.
- Select Auxiliary Device Pairing Wizard and find your Brand in the list, and then select Next.
Customize Your DISH
Choose what you see when you turn your DISH/TV on.
- Press the HOME button on your remote.
- In DISH select Settings.
- In DISH select Power, select Power On.
- Choose your preferred option.
