Pairing a transmitter and receiver
A standard Wireless HDMI KVM Extender Set includes one transmitter and one receiver, which are pre-paired before shipment.

How to Check if the Transmitter and Receiver are Paired
To check if the transmitter and receiver are paired, observe the LED indicator on the transmitter. If the transmitter’s LED remains flash red above one minute, it indicates that the transmitter and receiver are not paired. When the transmitter and receiver connected, the LED of both devices keep static blue.
Pairing instructions:
- Power on the transmitter.
- Power on the receiver till it’s on the main menu.
- Press the button in the transmitter’s IR hole by a slender tool, which is about 2mm in diameter, and hold for 5 seconds till the LED is flashing fast.
- Wait around 30 seconds, the transmitter and receiver will pair automatically.
Questions and answers
Q1: No Video/Bad Video or Incorrect Video/Video Stuck
A1: This device will take about 25 seconds booting time after plug in the main power if all connects are OK, then you should see the signal on the TV on both Transmitter and Receiver
A2: Please make sure the HDMI in/out are connected correctly, if above connects are OK, then make sure you are using the HDMI cable inside the gift box, which provides noise reduction and shielding, and no noise will affect the wireless transmission (be sure to use the cable from your media source to the Transmitter HDMI IN interface)
A3: Please check whether the HDMI-in source is OK by connect it directly to TV
A4: Please make sure the HDMI-in is connected, otherwise no signal will output and the TV may stay in blue screen on both Transmitter and Receiver
A5: If above still not OK, please check the video source resolution and if it is supported by the device. Please refer the specification for supported resolution. If not, please set to right resolution according to the specification
A6: The device is using 5GHz WiFi connectivity, which will be interfered by other wireless devices, like WiFi router or microwave. Please place the Transmitter/ Receiver at other location with less interference and check again
A7: Try another HDMI cable with good shielding since sometimes some cables may have compatibility issues
A8: If problems still not solved, please restart both Transmitter/ Receiver and try again
Q2: Bad or incorrect audio
A1: Our device only support 48/44. 1KHZ 16-bit digital audio, please check the source device set to correct audio standard
A2: If problems still not solved, please restart Transmitter/ Receiver and try again
Q3: The coverage distance is short
A1: The max WiFi distance between Transmitter/ Receiver could reach 200 meters (Clear light of sight)
If the environment is not good (too many WiFi signals or with concrete wall), the distance could be much shorter
Q4: The USB keyboard and mouse not working from RX to TX
A1: Make sure the Transmitter is connected to the source via a USB cable connection
Q5: The IR blaster doesn’t work
A1: Make sure to use the original remote control of the video source
A2: Please stuck the IR emitter probe in the surface of IR window of the source device, if you are not sure the correct position of IR window of source device, please refer to the manual of source device
A3: Please point the remote control to the Receiver front panel with 5 meters directly
A4: The IR extender cable based on 20KHz-60KHz remote signal protocol, which support most of the IR remote in the market, for special standard or old remote may not supported
