As shown in the above tablet figures: major components and interfaces are highlighted, there are 2 hardware keys: The power key for the Tablet to power on/off and the volume keys for volume up and down respectively.

Getting started

Set up 

  • Use a card pin to stick the SIM tray Inserting or remove the Nano SIM card

  • Following the instructions illustrated in the above picture, you can insert the Nano SIM card into the SIM tray with gold contacts facing down, or remove the Nano SIM card from the SIM tray.
  • This tablet supports Nano SIM cards only.
  • Do not attempt to insert a non-Nano SIM card as it may damage the tablet’s SIM card slot.

Powering on the tablet
Press and hold the Power key for a few seconds to power on your tablet.

Set up your tablet for the first time.e
The first time you power on the tablet, you should set it up following the below steps:

  1.  Select the tablet’s language, and then press “Start”.
  2.  Connect to Wi-Fi, then enter your password.
  3.  Set up Gmail and Services by following the prompts, viewing Terms, and selecting “I agree”.
  4.  Set up the “Protect your tablet feature”. This feature prevents others from using your tablet without your permission.
  5.  Next, the Google Services page will be displayed. Choose the services you wish to use and select “Accept” from the options at the bottom of your screen.

Note: Even without a SIM card installed, your tablet will still power on and you will be able to connect to a Wi-Fi network and use some of the tablet features.

Powering off your tablet
While the tablet is on, press and hold the Power key until the pop-up menu appears, and select Power off to confirm.

Home screen

You can organize all of the items (applications, shortcuts, folders, and widgets) that you use most frequently on your Home screen for quick access. Touch the Home key to get back to the Home screen. Swipe the Home screen upward to view additional screens.

  • To use an icon to open an application, folder, etc. Favorite tray applications
  • Touch to open an application.
  • Touch and hold to move an application.

Application

Camera
Touch the camera DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-4icon on the Home screen, you can use the camera APP to take photos and videos, and then share them with people, further, you can select a photo as your wallpaper.

Taking a picture
To take a picture, touch the camera DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-4icon onthe  Home screen to open the camera APP, aim the lens at the subject, make necessary adjustments, and then touch DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-5or press the volume key to take a photo.

Recording a video
To record a video, touch the camera DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-4icon on the Home screen, and touch the Video. Then touchDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-6 to start recording and touch again to stop recording. You can pause the recording by clicking theDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-7 icon in the upper right corner, and clickingDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-8 the icon to save screenshots when recording, the video is saved automatically when ending the recording.

Photogallery
Touch the PhotosDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-9 icon on the Home screen, you can view, share, edit, and delete your pictures/videos saved on your tablet or memory card.

Photo
When viewing photos, you can view photos in a slideshow, and view photo details. You also have options to share photos, use photos as contact photos or as wallpapers, etc.

Video

Similarly, when viewing video items, select a desired video, and touch DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-10it to play the video. Further, when touching the video, you can selectDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-11 to share or select DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-14to delete or to DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-12edit the video, you can have more choices by touching the menuDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-13, then picking an option, Loop video on, View in, Delete from the device, Slideshow, or Help & feedback.

Clock

Touch the clockDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-15 on the Home screen, you can set the alarm, clock, timer, stopwatch, etc.

Sound recording
Touch Sound RecorderDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-16 on the home screen to open the APP, touch DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-18to start recording, and touchDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-17 to pause recording. Once done, touchDIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-28 to save the recording. Other options can be found by touching to display the Recording list. You can replay any item on the list DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-29by touching it. Long press any item on the list to bring up further options for you to choose: DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-19to share, to DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-20delete, and DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-21for more options (such as Rename, Select, etc.)

FM Radio

Plug in headphones first. Touch the FM radio DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-22on the home screen and click ”On”, you can listen to music and news on FM radio.

Playing music
Touch YTMusic DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-23on Home screen to play music or recorded files. Note some files that may not support the format or exceed the limit may not play properly. Select a music file and you can control playback with the following icons.

Calendar
Touch Calendar DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-25on the Home screen, you can use the calendar to add events and manage events. To delete or edit an event you have added, touch the event to bring up options DIALN-X10-Pulse-Tablet-FIG-26to edit, “Save” to save the event, select “Delete” or “Duplicate” and confirm when prompted.
