Direction for use
- The machine is used for punching of paper and plastic sheets, and wire loops is used for loose-leaf binding. The machine can only be used for this purpose, and please use it according to the operation instructions.
- Before punching of the original materials, do remember to use waste paper to test whether the machine works normally.
- Empty the waste container periodically.
- The upper limit number for punching is 20, and this number shall not be exceeded.
- Punching
- Set the locating block at the desired position. Turn the knob counterclockwise to loosen. Turn it clockwise to fasten.
- Set the punching margin control according to the previous guide chart
- Pull out and disengage the proper punch selector when you punch an odd-size document. For A5 size(210mm) punching, pull out the No. 25 punch selector(- from left to right).
- Push paper into the punching channel. Pull the handle all the way down until it stops to punch completely through. Pull the handle up completely and remove punched paper.
- Binding
- Place wire loops onto the wire holder. Load punched inner sheets into the wire loops, then the front cover. Finally, flip over the back cover and put it into the wire loops.
- Set the wire closer control for the desired wire size.
- Remove the booklet from the wire holder. Hold the booklet and let the wire loops rest fully into the wire closing channel.
- Pull down the handle completely to close the wire. Return it to the full upright position. Remove the bound booklet.
- Correct result: The seam of the closed wires should be kept inside the booklet, not exposed outside.
