Quick Setup & Use
- Before punching original materials, test with waste paper to confirm the machine works normally.
- Set punching position: Set the locating block to the desired position. Loosen by turning the knob counterclockwise, then fasten by turning it clockwise.
- Set edge margin: Turn the punching margin control to set the edge margin.
- Punching: If punching an odd-sized document, pull out and disengage the proper punch selector. Insert paper into the punching channel, pull the handle all the way down until it stops to punch completely through, then pull the handle up and remove the punched paper.
- Empty waste container: Empty the paper scrap box periodically.
- Binding: Place the rubber ring behind the comb-shaped plate and move it left with the opening facing upward. Rotate the pull ring handle clockwise to open the rubber ring, then put the punched file onto the rubber ring. Rotate the pull ring handle counterclockwise to remove the file.

Directions for Use
- The machine is used for punching of paper and plastic sheet, and plastic clip is used for loose-leaf binding. The machine only can be used for this purpose, and please use it according to the operation instruction.
- Before punching of the original materials, do remember to use waste paper to test whether the machine works normally.
- Empty the waste container periodically.
- The upper limit number for punching is 20, and this number shall not be exceeded.
Punching Steps
- Set the locating block at the desired position. Turn the knob counterclockwise to loosen. Turn it clockwise to fasten.
- Turn the punching margin control to set the edge margin.
- Pull out and disengage the proper punch selector when punching odd-sized documents.
- Push paper into the punching channel. Pull the handle all the way down until it stops to punch completely through. Pull the handle up completely and remove the punched paper.
Binding Steps
- Place the rubber ring behind the comb-shaped plate and move the rubber ring to the left with the opening facing upwards.
- Rotate the pull ring handle clockwise to open the rubber ring and then put the punched file onto the rubber ring.
- Rotate the pull ring handle counterclockwise to remove the file.
