Before using your phone, please read the legal, safety, and regulatory information provided with your product.
Put in the cards & power on
1. Insert the SIM tool into the tray hole to pop out the tray.
Make sure you use the correct size SIM card and don't cut the SIM card.
2. Insert the SIM cards with the gold contacts up, then gently push the tray into the slot.
For one SIM model:
The SIM tray has one slot labeled '1'. Insert a Nano SIM card into this slot with the gold contacts facing upwards.
For two SIM models:
The SIM tray has two slots. Slot '1' is for SIM 1. Slot '2' is for SIM 2. Insert Nano SIM cards into these slots with the gold contacts facing upwards. The tray can be turned over to access SIM 2.
3. Press and hold the [power-button] to turn on your phone, then follow the prompts to get started.
To turn off your phone, press the [power-button] and [volume-up-button] buttons at the same time.
Phone Overview
The front of the phone displays the earpiece at the top, a speaker below it, and the front camera. The proximity sensor is located discreetly under the display. On the sides, you'll find the volume buttons (+/-) and the power button. The rear of the device features an array of cameras: an ultra-wide/macro camera, a main camera, a ToF (Time of Flight) lens, and a telephoto camera. A microphone is positioned at the bottom. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the display. The bottom edge of the phone houses the USB-C/Charger/Headset Jack. The rear also includes a wireless charging area and NFC touchpoint.

Caution: Your phone is shipped with a screen protector. A protector thicker than 0.5mm may affect touchscreen sensitivity.

Water, splash, and dust resistance: Tested to IP68 standards under controlled laboratory conditions. The device can withstand immersion in up to 1.5 meters of fresh water for up to 30 minutes. This resistance may decrease with normal wear. The phone is not designed for use underwater. Avoid pressurized water or liquids other than fresh water. Do not attempt to charge a wet phone. It is not waterproof. For details on the water-repellent design and care, swipe up and tap Settings > Help.
Charging and battery safety: To prevent potential injury, the battery should only be removed by a Motorola-approved service center or qualified personnel. If the phone becomes unresponsive, press and hold the [power-button] until the screen turns off and the phone restarts. Use only a compatible Motorola charger (sold separately). Other chargers are not recommended and may affect charging performance. Do not charge the phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 45°C (113°F). Warning about high volume usage: To prevent potential hearing damage, avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods. A warning will appear when the headset volume reaches a high threshold. Tap OK to dismiss, or wait a few seconds and press the [volume-up-button] to continue adjusting volume.
