Motorola Edge 30 Neo: Quick Start Guide
Your essential guide to setting up and using your new Motorola Edge 30 Neo smartphone.

Device Overview
The Motorola Edge 30 Neo features the following components:
- Front: Microphone (top), Notification Light (around camera housing), NFC Touchpoint, Front Camera, Speaker, Proximity Sensor, Volume Buttons, Power Button (⏻), Fingerprint Sensor (under-display), SIM Card Tray, USB-C®/Charger/Headset Jack², Speaker (bottom).
- Back: Main Camera, Ultra-wide/Macro/Depth Camera, Wireless Charging Area¹.
Initial Setup
Charging Your Phone
Charge your phone using a Qi-certified wireless charger (sold separately).
Connecting a Headset
To use a headset, you'll need one with a USB-C connector. If using a 3.5mm headset, you'll need an adapter to connect a 3.5mm connector to USB-C. Headset and adapter may be sold separately.
Put in the Cards & Power On
Insert the SIM tool [SIM tool] into the tray hole to pop out the tray. Make sure you use the correct size SIM card (Nano SIM) and don't cut the SIM card.
Insert the SIM card(s) with the gold contacts up, then gently push the tray into the slot.
For dual SIM: Turn the tray over to insert the second SIM.
Press and hold the Power button (⏻), then follow the on-screen prompts to get started.
5G Connectivity: Requires a 5G service plan and 5G network coverage. Availability is limited to select areas, and the device may not be compatible with all 5G networks. Contact your service provider for details.

Water Repellent
Your phone is not waterproof. For information about your phone's water-repellent design and care, swipe up and tap Settings > Help.
Battery Safety
To prevent possible burning and injury, the battery should only be removed by a Motorola-approved service center or skilled personnel. If your phone becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power button (⏻) until the screen goes dark and your phone restarts. Charge your phone using a compatible Motorola charger (may be sold separately). Use of other chargers is not recommended and may impair charging performance. Do not charge your phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 45°C (113°F). Chargers that do not comply with applicable national standards may be unsafe, posing risks of death or injury, and may cause slow charging or product damage. Warning About High Volume Usage
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. A warning will appear when your headset volume reaches a high threshold. Tap OK to dismiss it, or wait one to five seconds, then press the Volume Up button to dismiss the alert and enable volume adjustment.

Extreme Heat or Cold
Do not use your phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 45°C (113°F). Do not store or transport your phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
