4. Einrichtungsanweisungen

1. Schließen Sie das Laufwerk an: Locate the integrated USB 3.0 Type-A/Type-C cable on the back of the drive. Plug the appropriate connector (USB-A or USB-C) into an available USB port on your computer.
2. Netzteil (optional, aber empfohlen): If your computer's USB port does not provide sufficient power, or if you experience unstable operation, connect the provided USB A to Mini USB Power Supply Cable. Plug the Mini USB end into the drive's Mini USB port (charging port, not data port) and the USB-A end into a 5V charger or power bank (not included).

5. Bedienungsanleitung

5.1 Einlegen und Auswerfen von Discs

1. Einführen: Press the pop-up button on the front of the drive to open the disc tray. Carefully place the CD or DVD onto the tray with the label side facing up. Gently push the tray back into the drive until it clicks shut.
2. Zum Auswerfen: Press the pop-up button to open the disc tray. Alternatively, you can eject the disc through your computer's operating system (e.g., right-click the drive icon and select 'Eject').
3. Zwangsausstoß: In case of power failure or if the eject button does not work, locate the small hole on the front of the drive. Insert a straightened paperclip into this hole to manually open the disc tray.

5.2 Playing/Burning Discs

Once a disc is inserted and recognized by your computer, you can perform various operations:

5.3 DVD Region Code Setting

DVDs are often region-encoded. The disc can only be played when the region code of the DVD drive matches that of the DVD. The drive allows changing the region code approximately 4-5 times. Be aware that once the maximum changes are reached, the region code will be permanently set to the last selected region.

6. Wartung
