Einführung

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your LiitoKala Lii-500 Smart Battery Charger. The Lii-500 is designed to charge various cylindrical rechargeable batteries, including 3.7V Li-ion and 1.2V Ni-MH types. It features four independent charging slots, allowing simultaneous charging of different battery sizes and capacities. Key functionalities include selectable charging currents and a USB output for charging external 5V electronic devices.

Aufstellen

1. Netzteil anschließen: Insert the DC 12V output plug of the power adapter into the DC 12V input port on the back of the charger.

2. An die Steckdose anschließen: Connect the power adapter to a suitable AC wall outlet (100-240V, 50/60Hz).
3. Erste Anzeige: Upon power-up, the charger's LCD display will illuminate, indicating it is ready for use.

Bedienungsanleitung

1. Das LCD-Display verstehen

• Lademodus: Indicates the charger is actively charging batteries.
• Fast Test Mode: For quickly determining battery capacity.
• Normal Test Mode: For a more accurate battery capacity test (charge-discharge-charge cycle).
• End of Work Sign ("End"): Appears when a process (charge/test) is complete.
• Bandtage Anzeige: Zeigt die aktuelle Lautstärke antage of the battery in the selected slot.
• Aktuelle Auswahl: Displays the selected charging or discharging current (300mA, 500mA, 700mA, 1000mA).
• USB-Ausgangslautstärketage Anzeige: Zeigt die Lautstärke antage of the USB output (5V).
• Electricity Volume Display: Shows the accumulated capacity (mAh) during charge/discharge.
• Battery Resistance Display: Shows the internal resistance (mR) of the battery.
• Arbeitszeit: Displays the elapsed time for the current operation.

2. Batterien einlegen

The Lii-500 supports 3.7V Li-ion and 1.2V Ni-MH cylindrical rechargeable batteries with dimensions between 0-22mm diameter and 34-70mm height. This includes common sizes like 18650, 26650, 14500, 21700, AA, and AAA.

• Carefully insert one or more batteries into the four independent slots, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
• The charger will automatically detect the battery type (Li-ion or Ni-MH) and display its current voltage.

3. Modusauswahl

Nach dem Einlegen der Batterie drücken Sie die MODUS Taste zum Durchschalten der verfügbaren Modi:

• AUFLADEN: Standard-Lademodus.
• FAST TEST: Quickly determines battery capacity by discharging and then fully charging.
• NOR TEST (Normal Test): Provides a more accurate capacity measurement through a full charge, discharge, and then full charge cycle.

If no mode is selected within 8 seconds, the charger will default to BERECHNEN mode at 500mA.

4. Aktuelle Auswahl

In BERECHNEN Modus, drücken Sie die AKTUELL button to select the desired charging current:

• 300 mA
• 500 mA (Standard)
• 700 mA
• 1000 mA

Für PRÜFEN modes, the discharge current is fixed at 250mA or 500mA, and the charge current can be selected.

5. USB-Ausgangsfunktion

The Lii-500 features a 5V/1000mA USB output port. This allows you to use the charger as a power bank to charge external 5V electronic devices (e.g., smartphones) when Li-ion batteries are inserted into the charging slots.

• Ensure at least one charged Li-ion battery is in a slot.
• Connect your device to the USB output port on the back of the charger.
• The USB output will automatically activate.

Wartung

• Reinigung: Trennen Sie das Ladegerät vor der Reinigung vom Stromnetz. Wischen Sie die Außenseite mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch ab. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel oder Lösungsmittel.
• Lagerung: Bewahren Sie das Ladegerät bei Nichtgebrauch an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort fern von direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und Feuchtigkeit auf.

Fehlerbehebung

• Ladegerät lässt sich nicht einschalten:
  • Check if the power adapter is securely connected to both the charger and the wall outlet.
  • Prüfen Sie, ob die Wandsteckdose funktionsfähig ist.
• Battery not charging/displaying:
  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Batterie mit der richtigen Polarität eingelegt ist.
  • Check if the battery is compatible with the charger (3.7V Li-ion or 1.2V Ni-MH cylindrical).
  • The battery might be deeply discharged or damaged. Try a different battery.
• USB-Ausgang funktioniert nicht:
  • Ensure at least one charged Li-ion battery is present in a slot.
  • Check the USB cable connection to your device and the charger.
• Überhitzung:
  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Ladegerät an einem gut belüfteten Ort aufgestellt wird.
  • Den Ladestrom nach Möglichkeit reduzieren.
  • Sollte die Überhitzung anhalten, stellen Sie die Nutzung ein und kontaktieren Sie den Support.
