3. Transferring Content
Connect your PRS-500 to your computer using the USB cable. Once recognized by the CONNECT Reader PC Software, you can transfer digital books and documents from your computer to the device's internal memory or an inserted memory card.

The PRS-500 supports Memory Stick PRO Duo and SD memory cards for expanding storage capacity. Locate the memory card slots on the side of the device. Insert the memory card firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.

Grundlegende Bedienung
1. Ein-/Ausschalten
To power on the device, slide and hold the power switch located on the side until the screen activates. To power off, slide and hold the power switch again until the device shuts down. A quick press of the power switch may put the device into sleep mode.

Select a book or document from your library to begin reading. The electronic ink display provides a paper-like reading experience. Use the page turn buttons to advance or go back through pages. The device is rated for approximately 7,500 page turns on a single charge.

4. Audiowiedergabe
The PRS-500 supports MP3 audio playback. Connect headphones to the 3.5mm headphone jack to listen to audio files while reading or independently. Use the volume controls on the side of the device to adjust audio levels.
