IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
- The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
- Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower, or a swimming pool.
- Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate, and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
- CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Always unplug the heater when not in use.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard the heater, or return it to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not use outdoors.
- This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations. Never locate the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from the traffic area so that it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect the heater, turn the controls off, then remove the plug from the outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended bythe manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use it with an extension cordor relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- Faulty wall outlet connections may cause the wall outlet to overheat. Be sure that the heater plug fits tightly into the outlet before using it. When using the heater, check to make sure the heater plug is not overheating. If necessary, have a qualified electrician check or replace the wall outlet.
- This heater can only be used when the ambient temperature is normal. When the heater detects that the ambient temperature is too high, it will automatically shut down. Please inspect for any objects on or adjacent to the heater that may cause high temperatures.
- Do not use this heater if it has been dropped.
- Do not use if there are visible signs of damage to the heater.
- Use this heater on a horizontal and stable surface.
- WARNING: Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own unless constant supervision is provided.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 1 m from the air outlet.
- CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

CONTROL PANEL AND OTHER FEATURES
Power & Sleep Mode
- a) Short press to power on or off.
- b) Short pressing the power button in any mode will enter the cool air mode with a 30-second countdown. The digital display will synchronously show the countdown seconds.
- c) Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter sleep mode, the sleep mode indicator light stays on and the buzzer sounds at the same time. Press and hold for 3S again to exit sleep mode and enter hot air HI mode, the buzzer will sound at the same time.
Timer Button
Touch to set a timer. Repeatedly touch the Timer Button to set a timer from 1-24 hours. The heater will automatically turn off when the time is up. Long touch the Timer Button for 2 seconds to turn off the timer. The clock pattern on the digital screen is displayed and turned off synchronously. The clock pattern on the digital screen is always on during the timing process.
Rotation & Child Lock
- a) Rotation function: In any mode (except when the child lock is executed), short press to turn on the rotating and shaking head function, and short press again to turn off the rotating and shaking head function, and at the same time, there will be a prompt sound for each operation;
- b) Child lock function: Press and hold for 3 seconds in working mode to turn on the child lock function. The child lock pattern on the digital screen will always light up and the buzzer will sound at the same time (any function key will not respond when the child lock function is in the state, and the sound will sound when the button is touched.); press and hold for 3S again to release the child lock function, at this time the child lock pattern on the digital screen goes out (each button restores its function);
Mode Button
The default is Heat I mode(HI) when the machine is turned on for the first time.Touch to cycle through ECO mode, Fan Mode, Heat I, and Heat II, each operation will have a prompt sound
ECO Mode Description:
The ECO mode features a unique customizable constant temperature function. The temperature can be set within the range of 5°C to 35°C (41°F to 95°F). The digital display synchronously shows the current ambient temperature (the ECO indicator light remains on after operation), indicating entry into automatic heating mode.
For example:
- If the current ambient temperature is 25°C (77°F), and the set temperature does not exceed the current ambient temperature by 2°C (i.e., set to ≤27°C or ≤81°F), the heater operates in low heat (LO) mode.
- If the set temperature exceeds the current ambient temperature by 2°C (i.e., set temperature >27°C or set temperature >81°F), the heater operates in high heat (HI) mode.
- If the set temperature is equal to or lower than the ambient temperature, the heater operates for 30 seconds blowing cold air before stopping, until the ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature by 2°C or 4°F, at which point heating resumes. ECO mode can be exited by switching through the mode key.
Temperature Increase Button(Effective only in ECO mode)
“In ‘ECO’ mode, short press the ‘+’ button to increase the set temperature by 1°C or 1°F, and long press the ‘+’ button to continuously and rapidly increase the set temperature by 1°C or 1°F (adjustable range: 5°C to 35°C or 41°F to 95°F). Note: A prompt sound will be emitted each time the ‘+’ button is short-pressed.”
Temperature Decrease Button(Effective only in ECO mode)
“In ‘ECO’ mode, short press the ‘-‘ button to decrease the set temperature by 1°C or 1°F, and long press the ‘-‘ button to continuously and rapidly decrease the set temperature by 1°C or 1°F (adjustable range: 35°C to 5°C or 95°F to 41°F). Note: A prompt sound will be emitted each time the ‘-‘ button is short-pressed.”
Wi-Fi Connection & Wi-Fi Reset
- a) After a short press to power on, the display screen’s Wi-Fi indicator light will flash slowly, indicating the device is in pairing mode. Once successfully connected to the network, the Wi-Fi indicator light will remain on steadily.
- b) After successfully connecting to Wi-Fi (Supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi), you can remotely operate the device through the Smart Home Life app.
- c) Short press the ‘power ‘ button to enter the 30-second countdown for the cool air mode, then long press the ‘mode’ button for 3 seconds to reset the Wi-Fi. Upon completion of the reset, the buzzer will emit three beeps.
Force Shutdown Function
This heater will shut down automatically when it has been used for 24 hours straight in case the user forgets to power it off.
- a) If no timer or schedule is set, the 24-hour countdown shutdown command will be forced to be executed;
- b) If the timer and daily plan are set and there is an overlapping time period, the shutdown will be performed at the earliest shutdown time;
Memory Function
This heater will memorize the previous settings (heat settings, Wi-Fi connection) when it is powered off. The settings will be active again when this heater is turned on.
Fault Codes
When a fault code appears, execute the shutdown command, and simultaneously emit three prolonged beep sounds, with each beep lasting for 1 second.

Tip-over and Motion Protection
When the heater is moved or knocked over, it will automatically power off and stop all functions. This protection can be dismissed by placing the heater on a flat and sturdy surface and keeping it upright before using it again.
Note: This heater is embedded with a motion sensor. When it senses tip-over or unintended motion, the heater will automatically shut off.
REMOTE CONTROL
Note: The remote control does not come with a battery. When using it for the first time, please open the battery cover and insert two AAA batteries.
GETTING STARTED
- Remove all packaging and ensure the air inlet and outlet are not blocked by foreign objects.
- Do not use an extension cord. For UK/EU Version: Only plug the heater directly into a 220-240V wall outlet.
- Ensure the power plug is firmly inserted into the outlet. An abnormal outlet connection may cause overheating.
- Place the heater on a firm, flat, and level surface free from obstructions and at least 3ft (1 meter) away from any wall or combustible materials.

To download the Smart Home Life App, scan the QR code or search for “Smart Home Life” in the Apple App Store® (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Note:
- Choose “Allow” to the permissions requested when opening Smart Home Life App for the first time. These permissions allow the app’s features to function normally and are not used to record personal, private information.
- Due to ongoing updates, Smart Home Life App may be slightly different than shown in this manual. In case of any differences, always follow the in-app instructions.
Pairing with Smart Home Life App
- Turn on your smartphone’s Bluetooth.
- Open Smart Home Life App, tap “Add Device”, and select the model of your heater, then tap “Add”.
- Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing.
Note:
- You can use Smart Home Life App to connect your heater to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Follow the in-app instructions to connect to each voice assistant.
- Smart Home Life App is being continually updated and its features do expand.
Care & Maintenance
Cleaning
To achieve the best performance, clean the heater at least once during the operating season or before storing it when it will not be used for a long period of time.
- Turn the heater off and unplug it from power, then use a soft damp cloth to clean its body, air inlet, and outlet.
- Do not submerge the heater in water and never allow water to drip into it.
- Do not risk your safety by detaching the heater to clean its blade. Otherwise, it may damage the heater, shorten its service life, or cause serious danger.
Maintenance
Follow the cleaning instructions and allow all parts to dry completely before storing the heater in a cool, dry place.

FOR APP & CONNECTIVITY
- Cannot connect to Smart Home Life App.
- Make sure your smartphone is powered on and is not connected with other Bluetooth devices.
- Enable the smartphone’s Location Services.
- Try connecting with another smartphone.
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Make sure you connect to your Wi-Fi router’s 2.4GHz network and that the network is working correctly.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct.
- Shorten the distance between the heater, Wi-Fi router, and the smartphone.
- Make sure your heater and the Wi-Fi router are located away from appliances that produce electromagnetic radiation (e.g. microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.)
- If you are using a VPN, try turning it off and then connecting the heater.
- Disable portal authentication for your Wi-Fi network. If portal authentication is enabled, this heater will not be able to access your Wi-Fi network, and setup will fail. Portal authentication means that you need to sign in to your Wi-Fi network through a web page before you can use the Internet.
- Cannot find the device on the “Bluetooth Device Nearby” page of the app.
The heater may have been connected with another smartphone. Disconnect it from the other smartphone first. - The heater is offline.
- Make sure the heater is plugged in and powered on, then refresh the “My Devices” page in the Smart Home Life App by swiping down on the screen.
- Make sure your router is connected to the internet, and your phone’s network connection is working.
- If the Wi-Fi password has been changed, the heater will automatically go offline. Try connecting it to the network again. Delete the offline heater from Smart Home Life App, then add and reconfigure the heater again in the app.
