PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1
- To start using your scanner, it is recommended to fully charge the battery as the device may discharge during storage.
- Step 2
- Turn ON your scanner by clicking on the central blue button, and start scanning microchips by using the same button.
- Step 3
- Download the “Datamars Pet Scanner Support” on your smartphone. The APP is available for free on the Google Play
- Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iOS devices.
- Step 4
- Open the APP and follow the pairing instructions.
- The APP will allow you to:
- Update the scanner with the latest software version.
- Look up microchip numbers in integrated databases.
- Share the recorded microchip numbers.
- Synchronise date and time with your smartphone.
- Change the scanner settings.
- Step 5
- When the first synchronisation is terminated, keep using your scanner to read microchip ID numbers. To learn more about your scanner capabilities, read through the full manual and explore the APP.
WARRANTY
Limited warranty:
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and product instructions for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
- It is understood that the warranty period is subject to applicable local laws.
Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, improper installation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorised repair, or any issues not arising from defects in material or workmanship.
Claim Procedure:
- To obtain warranty service, contact your authorised dealer and present this warranty card along with the original purchase invoice; otherwise, the warranty service will not be provided.
