Introductory
The R20 is a wireless streaming preamplifier that connects to your existing stereo system. With the R20, you can stream high-resolution music from smart devices, USB, NAS, or popular streaming services such as Spotify, TIDAL, or Qobuz using the 4Stream APP, AirPlay, Bluetooth, or other compatible applications. It supports decoding high-quality music with sample rates up to 24-bit/192kHz and can stream lossless audio formats such as FLAC, APE and WAV. In addition, you can connect the R20 to your PC via USB Type-C and stream music digitally. If you add more units, you can create a wireless multi-room or multi-zone whole-house audio system that gives you an amaz music experience.

How to use
APP DOWNLOAD
Download from APP Store:AudioCast app (for iOS based devices) and Google Play Store (for Android based devices).
- Plug in the power cord.
- The LED will start blinking, wait for the LED to blink slowly.
- Make sure your phone is connected to your home network using 2.4G and that your GPS and Bluetooth are turned on.
- Open the application, for Android devices, the system will request permission to use GPS data and file storage, please click Accept to continue.
- The application will list all the devices available for setup, select the one you want.
- Now enter your network password, if this is not the network you want your device to connect to, you can change it to the desired network.
- Once the connection is complete you will see it in the app’s device list and you can now start transferring music.
Connection via LAN
Plug the wired cable into the RJ45 Ethernet and the device will be displayed on the APP after approx. 10 seconds. (Note: the phone and the device must be in the same network)
Bluetooth
To use Bluetooth, switch to Bluetooth via the APP or remote control, then find the Bluetooth device HIFIMUSE_XXXX from your phone’s Bluetooth settings and pair it.

Alarm Clock: Set up to 4 different alarms with music of your choice. Preset Content: 10 buttons for preset content.
Sleep Timer: Countdown timer to turn off the device.
Playing locally stored music
Click My Music on the app and select the music you have there. Note: iOS-based devices have blocked access to the iTunes library.
Playing Music from the NAS
Please note that our system only supports DLNA-enabled NAS.
Playing Line in Mode

Bluetooth Mode
Select Bluetooth mode on the app or remote control and the LED will turn blue.
Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device. Pair the device with Bluetooth (Sound System) and play.
Streaming Services
To use online streaming services, iHeartRadio, Spotify, TIDAL, and Qobuz may require an account on the service provider’s platform.
Spotify
Listen aloud with Spotify connect 1. Connect your device to your WiFi network 2. Open the Spotify app on a phone, tablet, or laptop using the same WiFi network 3. Play the song and select available devices.
AirPlay
The device supports AirPlay, so you can select AirPlay and play music.
Qplay
Our devices support QQ music using the Qplay protocol, you must turn on Qplay in the QQ music player settings and then find the device in the Qplay list.
Multiple rooms and zones
Users can group multiple rooms and zones on the application. For example, you can group devices 1, 2, and 3 to synchronize the same music, or group devices 1 and 2 as zone A and devices 3 and 4 as zone B and play different music in zones A and B.
Adding/Removing Devices to Multi-Room
To add a device to the Multi-Room feature, click on the “+” mark of the device you want to set as master. This will bring up a list of available devices from which you can select the one you want to add as a slave. When you are done, click the “Done” button.
A gray check mark icon indicates a master device and a green check mark icon indicates a slave device. To remove a device from the Multi-Room feature, click the “+” mark again to bring up the list of devices, and then deselect any slave devices you want to remove. Then click the Done button to confirm.
If all slave devices are removed, the multiroom function will be disabled.
Left Channel and Right Channel
Users can select Right Channel or Left Channel or Stereo mode on the application, or select Left Channel on Device A and Right Channel on Device B, then combine them together and synchronize playback to create stereo sound.
Presets
There are 6 buttons on the remote control, user can preset the playlist on the application (only the list with speaker icon can be preset) from 1~6.
When you press button 1 on the remote control, preset list 1 will be played. (Users can preset 10 playlists on the application, but the remote control can only save 1-6 playlists.

Mode Change
Method 1: Changing Applications Users can change the playback modes for applications, WiFi, Bluetooth, Line In, and USB. To change from Bluetooth/Line In/USB to WiFi
Input/USB to WiFi, simply select an online streaming service such as TIDAL, Qobuz, or Spotify or any music stored locally on your phone or streamed via DLNA or UPnP.

Restoring Factory Settings
Two ways to restore factory settings Method 1: Long press vol+ and vol- to restore factory settings. Method 2: Go to “APP Settings – Speaker Info – Restore Factory Settings”.
Firmware Updates
The app will notify you in the APP when a new version of Fireware is available. It is recommended to update Fireware when available, as this not only corrects errors or improves security, but also adds new features or services.

When our devices can stream audio sources from local storage, media libraries in Mac and Windows PCs, and iTunes online services. Users can easily play and switch between music, control volume, and select audio devices to group and cluster audio devices.

USB Audio
Connect the device to your PC using a USB cable (make sure it is a cable that includes a signal cable). the PC will automatically discover the USB sound card and when you select it as the main system output, the PC will send the audio output to the device digitally (44.1KHz/16bits). You can stream to other devices via a multi-room connection. Note: In Multi-Room Playback mode, there is a delay of approximately 3 seconds over the audio source.
Up2Stream ACPWorkbench (sold separately)
Connect the Up2Stream device to your PC using a USB cable (make sure it is a cable that includes a signal cable). And open the program ACPWorkbench (Windows only), where you can easily adjust audio effects including Music Noise Suppressor, Virtual Bass, Stereo Widener, Exciter, 10-Band EQ, Configure Output Channels, and PIN Configuration. After editing an audio effect, you can save the changes to the device to keep the adjusted effect. You can get more.
