Danfoss VHX-DUO Valve Set For Floor Connection
Product Specifications
- Compatible with soft steel, copper, VPE PEX, and AluPEX tubes
- Available dimensions: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm
- Danfoss product codes: 013G4108, 013G4110, 013G4112, 013G4114, 013G4115, 013G4116
- Valve flange size: B (mm) – 18 for most sizes, 24 for 15mm and 16mm
Product Usage Instructions
Connection Setup
- Ensure the return always connects to the thermostat side, with the freedom to choose left or right placement for the thermostatic element.
Fittings Installation
- Install fittings based on the tube type being used (soft steel, copper, VPE PEX, AluPEX) and the corresponding dimensions as per the provided Danfoss codes.
Valve Flange Attachment
- Fix the valve flange to the radiator connections. Ensuring proper sealing.
Valve Tightening
- Tighten the valve to the radiator, remembering to place gaskets to prevent leaks.
Presetting and kv-values Adjustment
- Set the kv-values on the valve according to the provided table and connect the thermostat if not already done. Adjust presetting range as needed.

- Free connection (left or right) – return always on thermostat side.
Be aware of measurement B when cutting pipes.
Connect valve housing on pipes
Fix valve flange to radiator connections.
Lower the radiator until the flange is supported by the valve.
Mark the position and mount the radiator on the wall.
Tighten the valve to the radiator. NB! Remember gaskets.
