Hose Assembly Instructions for Socketless Fittings
- To Assemble: Push hose on fitting until hose
end bottoms underneath protective cap. - Step 1: Slit hose lengthwise from protective
cap to end of nipple. - For Socketless Fittings: Low-pressure service
– Bend hose, then snap hose off with a quick tug.

Connectors
- To Assemble: Push hose on coupling hose barb
until hose end touches the flat surface of the coupling body. - Step 1: Slit hose lengthwise from edge of
coupling body to end of the barb. - Step 2: Bend hose, then snap hose off with a
quick tug.
Note: The use of clamp depends on the performance parameters
of the hose. Refer to hose pressure ratings for clamp
requirements.
