Note: Flare connection is only approved for A1 and A2L refrigerants.
Applicable to A1, A2, A2L, and A3 refrigerants as accepted by Danfoss, excluding R71, 7, and to non-corrosive gases/liquids, dependent on sealing material compatibility. The design pressure shall not be less than the value outlined in section 9.2 of ANSI/ ASHRAE 15 for the refrigerant used in the system.

Installation Steps
- Remove Cover ODF solder using Danfoss 9G215.10, BML, BMT
- Solder ODF solder with Danfoss 9G216.10
- Open then valve fully
- Solder ODF solder with extended ends using Danfoss A9G80.12
- Tighten cover to specified torque values: 60 Nm / 44 ft-lbs, 90 Nm / 66 ft-lbs, 140 Nm / 103 ft-lbs with Danfoss 9G73.14
Service Kit Installation
- Open the Valve fully.
- Remove Cover
- Replace diaphragm
- Open the valve fully
- Tighten cover to specified torque values: 60 Nm / 44 ft-lbs, 90 Nm / 66 ft-lbs, 140 Nm / 103 ft-lbs with Danfoss A9G80.12.
- Apply grease
