Passtech RFID locker locks typically operate on 4 pieces of 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (6V total). Always make sure to use new batteries of the same brand when replacing them.

If a user loses their assigned card, an administrator can unlock the door using Master Card I. Using Master Card I will open the lock and delete the lost user card's registration from the lock, reverting it to its default state so a new card can be assigned.
To open a lock with your smartphone, download the Passtech Mobile App, sync it with your assigned RFID card via Bluetooth (BLE), and then tap to unlock directly from your device screen. Your mobile key will automatically expire when your assigned card\u0027s access ends.
