4. Opsætning

1. Unpack the Changhe Electric Knife Sharpener and remove all packaging materials.

General Sharpening Guidelines:

Step-by-Step Sharpening Process:

1. For Very Dull or Damaged Knives (Initial Sharpening):

2. For Moderately Dull Knives or Daily Maintenance:

3. For Polishing and Finishing the Edge:

Important: Always pull the knife towards you. Never push the knife away from you through the sharpening slots.
