Instead of physical money, all financial transactions are handled digitally using the Electronic Banker Unit and individual bank cards.

5. Game Rules
5.1. Buying Property
When you land on an unowned property, you may buy it for the price indicated on the board. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder. To buy a property, the Banker debits the property cost from your bank card and gives you the corresponding Title Deed card.
5.2. Paying Rent
If you land on a property owned by another player, you must pay rent. The amount is indicated on the owner's Title Deed card. The Banker debits the rent from your bank card and credits it to the owner's bank card.
5.3. Chance and Community Chest
When you land on a 'Chance' or 'Community Chest' space, draw the top card from the respective pile and follow its instructions. These cards may require you to pay money, receive money, move to another space, or go to Jail. All monetary transactions are handled via the Electronic Banker Unit.
5.4. Building Houses and Hotels
Once you own all properties in a color group, you can build houses and hotels. You must build evenly across the properties in a color group. The cost of houses and hotels is listed on the Title Deed cards. The Banker debits the cost from your bank card when you build.
5.5. Mortgaging Properties
If you need money, you can mortgage properties. The mortgage value is listed on the Title Deed card. The Banker credits your bank card with the mortgage amount. Mortgaged properties do not collect rent. To unmortgage a property, you must pay the mortgage value plus 10% interest to the Banker.
5.6. Going to Jail
You go to Jail if you land on the 'Go to Jail' space, draw a card that sends you to Jail, or roll doubles three times in a row. To get out of Jail, you can pay $500,000 to the Banker, use a 'Get Out of Jail Free' card, or roll doubles on one of your next three turns. If you fail to roll doubles after three turns, you must pay $500,000 and move your token.
