Opsætning

1. Udpak komponenter: Carefully remove all game components from the box. Verify that all pieces are present: game board, 6 collectible pewter tokens, 2 dice, 32 Machine Sheds (houses), 12 Garages (hotels), 16 Tune Up cards, 16 Combine cards, 1 pack of Monopoly money, and 28 Title Deed cards.

3. Separate kort: Separate the Tune Up cards and Combine cards. Shuffle each deck individually and place them face down on their designated spaces on the game board.
4. Banker Selection: Each player rolls one die. The player with the highest roll becomes the Banker. The Banker is responsible for managing the bank's money, Title Deeds, Machine Sheds, and Garages. The Banker may also play, but must keep their personal money separate from the bank's funds.
5. Initial Funds: The Banker distributes $1500 to each player in the following denominations:

Betjening (Gameplay)

The objective of John Deere Monopoly is to be the last player remaining with money, owning all properties and driving other players into bankruptcy.

1. Start af spillet: The player to the left of the Banker starts the game. Play proceeds clockwise.
2. Spillerens tur: On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated by the dice.
3. Landing on Spaces:
   • Uejet ejendom: If you land on an unowned John Deere equipment property (e.g., 9020 Series, Combine), you may buy it from the Bank for the price printed on that space. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder.

   • Ejet ejendom: If you land on a property owned by another player, you must pay rent to that player according to the Title Deed card. Rent increases if the owner has Machine Sheds or Garages on the property.
   • Tune Up or Combine: Draw the top card from the respective deck and follow its instructions.
   • Gå: When you pass or land on "GO", collect $200 from the Bank.

   • Gratis parkering: This is a safe space; nothing happens.

5. Bygning: Once you own all properties in a color group, you can buy Machine Sheds and Garages from the Bank and place them on your properties to increase rent. You must build evenly across the color group.
6. Selling Properties/Mortgaging: You can sell properties to other players or mortgage them to the Bank for half their value to raise money. Mortgaged properties do not collect rent.
7. Konkurs: If you owe more money than you can pay, even by selling all your buildings and mortgaging all your properties, you are bankrupt and out of the game. All your properties and assets are turned over to the player you owe money to, or to the Bank if you owe the Bank.
8. At vinde spillet: The last player remaining in the game, after all others have gone bankrupt, is the winner.
