A: Log in to your Imou Life mobile app. There are two methods:

A: For security reasons, one camera can only be bound to one Imou account. If you wish to add your camera to a new account, you must first delete it from the previous account. To delete a camera from your account:

1. If your camera has an Ethernet port and you have an Ethernet cable: Power on your camera and connect it to your router with the Ethernet cable. Then, log in to your Imou account, find your IPC on the “Device” page and go to its settings page, tap “Wi-Fi Config,” and connect it to your new Wi-Fi.
2. If your camera does not have an Ethernet port or you don't have a cable: Reset your camera to factory default settings, then set it up again with the new Wi-Fi network.
