Product Usage Instructions
ATTN: Do not assemble parts until after you have read entire set of instructions, parts cannot be separated once connected. Pictures in these instructions are in white for demonstration, actual parts are black
Steps
- Remove two sets of Part A and Part B from envelope. An extra set is included.
- Undo chest clip, crotch buckle and remove infant insert if present. Pull coverset back on both sides starting at the bottom.
- Locate where the hip anchor harness comes through the shell on one side.
- Insert Part A through the loop in the anchor harness. Start from rear of seat and insert toward front of seat.
- Slide long tab of Part A into the Connection Point on Part B
Note: Tabs should be pointing up on both parts
- Lock the two pieces securely, pushing them together as far as possible. You will hear a clicking sound as parts engage.
- Push down on Part B and Pull the end of Part A to tighten the parts as much as possible. Make sure that both tabs are tightly pressed against the anchor harness.
Note: To ensure proper engagement try pulling Part A and Part B apart, they should be fully locked together.
Repeat Steps 4-7 on other side
- Once you have completed this process on both left and right hip anchors, turn seat over and verify that metal pin on both sides is fully inserted in harness strap, as shown in picture on right. If pin is not fully inserted, please insert and repeat step 7. Once verified please replace coverset.
