Fitment: 2023-2024 Harley Davidson® CVO Street Glide (FLHXSE), CVO Road Glide (FLTRXSE), 2024 Street Glide (FLHX), Road Glide (FLTRX), and CVO Road Glide ST (FLTRXSTSE) with add -on King or Chopped style Tour Pak.

Please read all Information below before Installation

Warning: Disconnect negative battery cable from battery; refer to owner’s manual. Failure do to so may result in electrical shock, injury, or fire. Secure negative battery cable away from positive side of battery and all other positive voltage sources on vehicle.

Note: Motorcycles that have alarms with sirens. Turn ignition switch on with key fob in close proximity to the motor- cycle. Once the bike is disarmed and the ignition switch is still in the “On” position, pull the Maxi-Fuse. This will prevent the siren from setting with the battery removed.

Important: Motorcycle should be secured on a level surface for installation.

Important: This product is designed to be used specifically with the Harley-Davidson® brand Tour-Pak wiring harness or Custom Dynamics P/N: CD-HARN-TP-1 and PBTP light.

Installation:

1. Secure motorcycle on level surface. Remove seat. Disconnect negative battery cable from the battery.
2. Locate and unplug the rear lighting harness connector to the rear fender from the main wiring harness.
3. Plug the Quick Disconnect Tour-Pak Wiring Harness, in-line, into the rear lighting harness and into the bike’s main wiring harness.
4. Re-connect the battery’s negative battery cable to the negative of the battery.
5. Route the Quick Disconnect Tour-Pak Wiring Harness towards the seat bolt on the rear fender. Use the provided 6” Cable Ties to secure wiring.
6. Reinstall the seat and ensure the Quick Disconnect Tour-Pak Wiring Harness will not be pinched or damaged under the seat when installed.
7. Install your Tour-Pak and connect the Tour-Pak wiring harness to the Quick Disconnect Tour-Pak Wiring Harness.
8. Check operation of all lighting before riding. Note: Outer turn signals on the Tour Pak will work as run and turn and will not carry brake function.
