Operating Instructions

Step 1: Equipment Preparation

• Remove the camera body from the packaging.
• Prepare a Micro SD card (recommended capacity: 32GB – 128GB, Class 10 or higher).
• Ensure the corresponding APP is installed on your smartphone (e. g., “Smart Camera”, “IP Camera”-refer to packaging or manual for exact name).

Step 2: Insert SD Card (Optional)

• Locate the small card slot on the camera’s side.
• Insert the Micro SD card (note the correct orientation).
• This enables local video storage, allowing recordings to be saved even during network outages.
  Tip: Real-time viewing via WiFi is possible without an SD card, but local recording requires one.

Step 3: Connect to WiFi

• Power on the camera (typically by pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds).
• On your smartphone, open WiFi settings and search for the network named “CAMERA_XXXXXX.” (temporary hotspot).
• After connecting to this network, open the APP and click “Add Device”.
• Enter your home router’s WiFi name and password, then wait for the camera to connect successfully.
• Once connected, the APP will display the camera’s live feed.

Step 4: Smartphone APP Operations
Open the APP and enter the camera interface. Perform the following operations:

• Live monitoring
• Toggle audio on/off (two-way voice intercom)
• Playback recordings (from SD card)
• Set motion detection zones
• Switch night vision mode
• Rotate viewing angle (supported on select modes)

Step 5: Installation and Mounting

• Use the bottom suction cup to attach to glass, mirrors, or other smooth surfaces.
• Alternatively, place directly on desks or cabinets.
• Avoid direct sunlight or strong light interference.

Precautions

• Do not expose the camera to high temperatures or humid environments.
• Ensure the camera is correctly oriented toward the desired monitoring area during installation.
• Regularly check the SD card storage space to prevent recording failures due to full capacity.
