4. Pokyny k nastavení

Follow these steps to assemble your milking machine:

1. Rozbalte komponenty: Opatrně vyjměte všechny díly z obalu.
2. Nabíjení baterie: Before first use, fully charge the vacuum pump unit using the provided power adapter.
3. Install Float Valve: Ensure the float valve is correctly installed underneath the bucket lid. This prevents milk from entering the pump when the bucket is full.
4. Connect Hoses to Pump: Identify the numbered ports (1 and 2) on the vacuum pump unit. Connect the corresponding numbered hoses (1 and 2) from the milking cups to these ports.

5.2 Starting Milking

4. Use Stopcock (if needed): If milking only one or two teats, use the stopcock clips on the milk tubes to block suction to unused cups, maintaining optimal pressure for the active cups.
5. Monitor Milk Flow: Observe the milk flowing through the transparent hoses into the bucket.

5.3 Finishing Milking

6. Údržba a čištění

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity of your milking machine and for maintaining milk hygiene.

1. Rozebrat: After each milking session, disassemble all parts that come into contact with milk (milking cups, hoses, bucket lid).
2. Počáteční oplachování: Rinse all components with cold water to remove any residual milk.

  • Inspect hoses for any kinks or blockages.
  • Check the battery level of the vacuum pump unit. Recharge if necessary.
