1. Úvod

The iK Pump Sprayer Combo KIT provides professional-grade hand pump sprayers designed for auto detailing and commercial cleaning. This kit includes both the iK Foam 1.5 Professional Auto Detailing Foamer and the iK Multi 1.5 Multi-Purpose Pressure Sprayer. These tools are engineered for durability and ease of use, reflecting decades of manufacturing excellence and ISO-9001:2008 Certification for Total Quality.

The iK Foam 1.5 is specifically designed to create thick, "foam cannon" style foam for various applications without the need for a hose or pressure washer. The iK Multi 1.5 is a versatile sprayer suitable for a wide range of chemicals, including acids, alcohols, hydrocarbons, oils, and water, making it ideal for diverse cleaning tasks.

WARNING: Always read and understand all instructions and safety warnings before using this product. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or property damage.

• Always follow the instructions provided with the product and the chemical being used.
• Keep the sprayer away from heat sources and open flames.
• Do not use with incompatible chemicals. Refer to the chemical manufacturer's guidelines for compatibility.
• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves and eye protection, when handling chemicals.

3. Nastavení

3.1 Počáteční montáž

1. Unpack all components from the box. Ensure all parts listed in the "What's in the Box" section are present.
2. Attach the handle assembly to the tank by screwing it securely.
3. Ensure the suction tube is properly inserted into the handle assembly and extends to the bottom of the tank.

3.2 Filling the Sprayer

1. Unscrew the top handle assembly from the tank.
2. Pour your desired chemical solution into the translucent tank. Observe the indicator level for accurate measurement.
3. For optimal performance and foam consistency with the iK Foam 1.5, dilute your product according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
4. Securely screw the handle assembly back onto the tank, ensuring a tight seal.

3.3 Selecting and Changing Nozzles/Mixers (iK Foam 1.5)

The iK Foam 1.5 comes with three color-coded mixer adapters to achieve different foam types:

• Pomerančový: Creates very wet foam.
• Zelený: Creates very dry foam.
• Grey (pre-installed): Creates standard foam.

To change a mixer:

1. Unscrew the nozzle cap from the front of the sprayer.
2. Carefully remove the currently installed mixer.
3. Insert the desired color-coded mixer.
4. Screw the nozzle cap back on securely.

2. Pump the handle up and down repeatedly to build pressure inside the tank. Continue pumping until you feel significant resistance.
3. The iK Foam 1.5 operates at 30 PSI, and the iK Multi 1.5 at 22 PSI. The safety valve will automatically release pressure if it exceeds the maximum limit.

4.2 Applying Solution

1. Aim the nozzle at the desired surface.
2. Press the trigger on the handle to release the solution.
3. For the iK Multi 1.5, adjust the nozzle to achieve a larger or more concentrated spray pattern as needed.
4. Maintain consistent pressure by occasionally pumping the handle during extended use.

5. Údržba

5.1 Depressurizing and Cleaning After Use

1. After each use, always depressurize the sprayer by pulling the safety valve with depressurization option.
2. Empty any remaining chemical solution from the tank.

4. Pump clean water through the sprayer to flush out any chemical residue from the nozzle and internal components.
5. Allow all parts to air dry before reassembling and storing.

5.2 Seal and Washer Inspection

Regularly inspect all seals, plastic parts, and washers for signs of wear or damage. Replace any worn components to maintain optimal performance and prevent leaks. The Viton seals and washers are resistant to most acids and solvents.

5.3 Nozzle and Filter Maintenance

Clean the nozzle and any internal filters regularly to prevent clogging and ensure a consistent spray pattern. The iK Foam 1.5 includes replacement felt filters for the foam mixers.

• Poor Foam Quality (iK Foam 1.5):
  • Ensure the chemical solution is properly diluted according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Verify that the correct mixer adapter is installed for the desired foam type.
  • Check for clogs in the mixer or nozzle.
