Overview
Nitro Deck 2 is a controller accessory that can be secured to Switch, paired via the Switch 2 menu, and customized with programmable Back/Shoulder buttons, Turbo, Rumble, LED brightness, stick dead zone, and additional modes.

Quick Setup & Use
- Secure Switch 2: Pull the retractable locking dial up, slide both sides of the Nitro Deck 2 outward, place Switch 2 into the Nitro Deck 2, slide sides inward until secure, then push the locking dial down and turn it clockwise to lock.
- Pair the Switch 2 controller: In the Switch 2 Home menu, press the Controller Icon on the Switch 2, then go to Change Grip/Order. Press the Home (CRKD) button to power ON the Nitro Deck 2, then press the Sync button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
- Confirm pairing: The Home (CRKD) LED will blink white quickly and then stay solid when pairing is complete.
- Verify controller assignment: The controller will appear as Player 1, 2, 3, or 4 on the Switch 2 screen.
Troubleshooting
- If pairing is needed after a reset: After a factory reset, you must pair the Switch back to the Nitro Deck 2.
- Factory reset: Hold the M button for 8–10 seconds until the CRKD LED flashes purple, turns solid purple, and the Nitro Deck 2 vibrates twice. Release to factory reset.
- Back/Shoulder button issues (mapping/behavior): Use the Back/Shoulder programming steps to remap, reset a single button to default, reset all Back/Shoulder buttons to factory settings, or disable all Back/Shoulder programming.
- Wired Mode LED state: In Wired Mode, the Home (CRKD) LED changes to Orange; it returns to white in standard handheld mode.
