1. SAFETY ADVICE
This product has been manufactured to match with international safety standards. Please read the following safety precautions carefully.
MAIN SUPPLY: 90-260V AC 50/60Hz by AC/DC Adaptor
Operate this product only from the type of power supply indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power supplied to your home, consult your local power supplier company. Disconnect the product from the main power source before you start any maintenance or installation procedure. OVERLOADING: Do not overload a wall outlet, extension cord or adapter as this may result in electric fire or shock. LIQUID: The product should not be exposed to liquid of any kind. In addition, no objects filled with liquid should be placed on the apparatus. CLEANING: Disconnect the product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Use a light damp cloth (no solvents) to dust the product. VENTILATION: The slots on top of the product must be left uncovered to allow proper airflow into the unit.
– Do not use the product in plugged in state on soft furnishings or carpets. – Do not stack any electronic equipment on top of the product. ATTACHMENTS: Do not use any unsupported attachments as these may be hazardous or cause damage to the product. CONNECTION TO THE antenna: Disconnect the product from the mains before connecting to or disconnecting the cable from, the antenna. Failure to do so can damage the antenna. CONNECTION TO THE TV: Disconnect the product from the mains before connecting or disconnecting the cable from the TV. Failure to do so can damage the TV.

LOCATION: Place the product indoors to avoid exposing it to lightning, rain or sun. – Do not place it near a radiator or heat source. Make sure it has sufficient clearance from the device. – Do not block the openings with any object, and do not place the product on a bed, sofa, rug, or other similar surface.
LIGHTNING, STORM or NOT IN USE: Unplug the product from the wall outlet and disconnect the antenna during a thunderstorm or when left unattended and unused for long periods of time. This will prevent damage to the unit due to lightning and power-surges. EXTRANEOUS OBJECTS: Do not insert anything through the openings in the unit, where they can touch dangerous voltage points or damage parts. REPLACEMENT of PARTS: Replacement of parts may only be made by service technician specified by the manufacturer.
WARNING! To avoid damage of the power cord or plug:
– Do not modify or process the power cord or plug arbitrarily. – Do not bend or twist the power cord and USB Cable – Keep heating appliances as far as possible from the power cord in order
to prevent the vinyl cover from melting.
To avoid electrical shock: – Do not open the main body. – Do not insert metal or inflammable objects inside the product. – Do not touch the power plug with wet hands. – Disconnect the power cord in case of lightning.
To avoid damage of product:
– Do not use the product when it is out of order. If you continue to use the product when defective, severe damage can be caused to it.

2. QUICK SETUP
a. Please check the gift box for completeness of accessories. Included should be: Receiver, Remote Control, external Power Supply, User Manual, 2 Batteries, RCA Cable
b. Connect your Receiver with your TV Set. Details can be found in the User Manual under chapter 4. How to connect your receiver.
c. Connect your Receiver with your Satellite Antenna. Details can be found in the User Manual under chapter 4. How to connect your receiver.
d. Switch on the AC-Power Switch on the rear side of the Receiver and then press the Standby button on the Receiver Front Panel (see User Manual for more details: Chapter 5.2 Front Panel and 5.3 Rear Panel)
e. Insert the 2 Batteries into the battery case on the underside of the Remote Control. Please make sure that the Battery + and – Poles are correctly aligned.
f. After the Receiver has booted it will display the On-Screen Menu on your TV Set. Should this not be the case, please check the connections as well as the settings of your TV Set. You can learn the basics of operating the hybrid STB. To proceed to the next step, press the {OK} button.

4. HOW TO CONNECT YOUR RECEIVER Please note: HD Signals are not transferred via RCA-Video ­ For HDTV Signals and also for the best quality on SDTV please use an HDMI cable where possible. Connecting the Receiver to TV
a. Connect the Antenna cable (Cable from your Satellite Dish) to the connector marked “DVB-S2” or Cable from your Terrestrial UHF Antenna to the connector marked “RF IN” at the rear of the receiver
b. Connect an HDMI-Cable between the HDMI-ports of your TV Set and connect the CVBS cable to the according connections on your TV set.

5. HARDWARE / Remote Control

POWER. By pressing this button, the receiver will go into standby mode. When the receiver is in standby mode, it can be awakened by pressing this button again.
Universal RCU
Please refer How to program on back side of RCU
MOUSE: Pressing this button activates or deactivates MOUSE mode. In MOUSE mode, a cursor will appear, allowing the user to move it using the UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT buttons and select items by pressing OK. ELECTRONIC PROGRAM GUIDE. By pressing this button, the user can see current and forthcoming programming information for each channel.
BACK: By pressing this button, the user go one step back
cursor UP: By pressing this button, the user can jump to next channel on the channel list. In menu structure, user can move up one row.
cursor LEFT: By pressing this button, the user can open channel list. In menu structure, user can change between selectable options.
cursor RIGHT: By pressing this button, the user can event list. In menu structure, user can change between selectable options.
cursor DOWN: By pressing this button, the user can jump to previous channel on the channel list. In menu structure, user can move down one row.
OK: By pressing this button, the user can confirm a selection or save settings in a menu.
VOL +: Increases the Volume

VOL +: Decreases the Volume

HOME.

CH +: Changes up one channel within the channel-list

CH +: Changes down one channel within the channel-list

enter a number to menu.

6. HOW TO SEARCH CHANNELS

User can scan channels on menu `Service Searching’.

This menu contains following items: – Automatic Search – Manual Search
Users have two options for scanning the channels. If you already know the parameters of the channels which you wish to find, use the Manual Search and enter the required parameters accordingly. Otherwise use the Automatic Search in which all Frequencies are scanned.

We recommend scanning channels by Automatic Search.

6.1 Manual Satellite Search

To perform a Channel Search on one Satellite, choose the Satellite you wish to perform the search.
Users need to input frequency, symbol-rate, LNB (Frequency and Polarity) and 22Khz to match target Transponder which want to scan.

It will show result like picture if success to scan channels.
Press `Finish’ button to save searched channel and go to watch channels.

7. TV VIEWING This chapter describes how to watch Live TV channels using the TV Dongle.
7.1 General watching There are three different ways to choose and find a channel to watch.
1. On Main Menu, user can view the scanned channel list on `Live TV’. 2. On `Home’ Menu, user can watch channel by selecting `Dish TV Smart+’
app. 3. User can find channels by voice control or text.
Press `OK’ on RCU of Android TV device to watch the channel.
Pressing LEFT key while watching channel, user can see short `Channel List’ on the left of the screen. User can navigate by UP and DOWN keys and exit by RIGHT key or find the channel that you want to search easily by `magnifier icon’.
Pressing RIGHT key while watching channel, User can see short `EPG’ on the right of the screen. User can navigate by UP and DOWN keys and exit by LEFT key.

Press OK key once to see detailed TV guide information.
Press and hold OK key to see the channel menu. User can change available audio language or subtitle languages if more than one is available. User can check information of current channel. (Service ID, Video/Audio PID and frequency, etc.)
The Channel can be selected by UP or DOWN key and confirmed by pressing OK key. The Time-Line indicates which programs are live at the present time

8. EDIT FAVOURITE CHANNELS

This menu is helps to add or delete channels in the Favorites group. 9. AUDIO AND SUBTITLES

Audio Language (1st / 2nd): Some TV programs send multiple audio tracks in two or more different languages. If there are no audio tracks available that match your settings, another language may be used instead.

Subtitle Language (1st / 2nd): Select the preferred language for the subtitling and Program information.

10. PARENTAL CONTROL

To use the Parental Control function, you will be asked to enter your access PIN code through Channels Management. All parental control features work on a locking concept with the PIN code as your entrance key.
The default PIN code is set to `0000′.

User can select some of channels to set locking. 13

11. ABOUT This gives information about your STB.

11.1 FIRMWARE UPDATE

The feature allows you to update the TV firmware on your TV Dongle and the application. – Dongle On-line Upgrade: It will check if a new firmware is available online for the TV Dongle – Application On-line Upgrade: It will check if any new application version is available online.

In case a new version is available, the upgrade process will start automatically after user confirms by pressing OK or Next button. Please wait until the app is rebooted. Please note: Updating the TV Dongle Firmware may take several minutes.
Warning! Please do not turn off the power for the TV Dongle and/or the Android TV device while upgrade is in progress! Do not remove the TV Dongle while upgrading, from your Android TV device.

11.2 FACTORY RESET

User can perform a factory reset to reset the configuration to the original state or Default Setting.

12. TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem
