How To Use

  1. Power on: Align the opening tool with the battery compartment slot, rotate the battery cover anticlockwise to open and power on.
  2. Pair to Zigbee network: Press and hold the RESET button for 3 seconds, then release. Confirm the red LED flashes to enter network configuration mode.
  3. Install: Peel off the protective film from the adhesive pad on the base and firmly stick the sensor at the chosen location.
  4. Place for best coverage: Install at about 2.5m–3.5m above ground (or 1.5m–3.0m depending on environment).
Quality assurance:
Under
normal use of users, the manufacturer provides a free 2- year product quality warranty (except for the panel) replacement, and provides lifelong maintenance quality assurance beyond the 2-year warranty period. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
  • Damage caused by external factors such as artificial damage or  water inflow;
  • The user disassembles or refits the product by himself (excluding panel disassembly and assembly);
  • Beyond the technical parameters of this productLosses due to force majeure such as earthquake or fire;
  • Installation, wiring and use not in accordance with the manual;
  • Beyond the scope of the product’s parameters and scenarios.

Access settings:
Note: add an intelligent gateway before adding this device.

  • Install the battery on the device and make sure the mobile phone is connected to the network.
  • The first power-on will automatically enter the distribution network mode, or press the reset button (the reset button is on the back of  the product) with the pin for more than 10 seconds, and the device indicator will flash to enter the distribution network mode. After the distribution network is successful, the distribution network indicator will go out.
  • Open the app, click the gateway, and add a subdevice under the gateway. Make sure that the system automatically searches for the device after the indicator light flashes. After waiting for one minute, the system can automatically add the device.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot pair/communicate: Ensure the sensor is connected to a Zigbee gateway; the manual notes it must be connected to successfully pair, communicate, and upload data.
  • False triggers (unwanted detections): If the default settings cause false triggers, decrease the motion detection sensitivity. Also ensure there are no obstacles directly in front of the radar induction area and avoid mounting near moving/vibrating objects (e.g., air conditioners, electric fans, waving curtains).
  • Static presence is not maintained: Increase the static detection sensitivity and set the Presence Keep Time to a longer duration (for configurations that support static presence).
  • Weak wireless performance: Avoid building obstacles between the sensor and the Zigbee gateway, as thick concrete walls can significantly reduce transmission range.
