Product Usage Instructions
Connect2Go Account Setup
- Go to https://www.connect2go.com and select Dealer Signup to create a dealer account.
- Log in to your dealer account.
- Create a client.
- Add the device to the client’s account using the 12-digit ID on the device.
Module Connection to Control Panel
- Record the 12-digit ID from the sticker on the module.
- Connect the module to the Tip/Ring terminals.
- Connect an 8-conductor UTP cable with an RJ-45 connector to an available router, switch, or hub port with a DHCP server available.
- Restore power to the system.
Panel Programming (Vista Panels)
For Vista panels, navigate to the Support page in your dealer account and follow the Instructions For Enrolling Honeywell Panels option.
Envisalink Local Access
- To access the web interface on the module, from a browser on the same internal network, type ‘envisalink’ or the IP address of the module.
- The default username is ‘user,’ and the default password is the last 6 digits of the MAC ID.
Expansion
To avail of additional ports, follow the LED descriptions provided in Table 1.
NOTE: For Honeywell users, it is important that you create the user’s Connect2Go account and activate the module on the account before you connect it to the panel. Connect2Go Account For Website & Mobile Access

To Connect The Module To The Control Panel
Note: Before installing record the 12 digit ID from the sticker on the module. You will need it during activation.
- Disconnect power from the panel.
- Connect the module to the Keypad bus terminals of the panel. Caution: Do not connect the module to the Tip/Ring terminals, or you may damage the device.
- Connect an 8-conductor (not supplied) UTP cable with an RJ-45 connector to an available router, switch, or hub port with a DHCP server available.
Restore power to the system.
NOTE: On DSC systems, the Envisalink 3 automatically enrolls with the security system as PC5400/DVACS module Panel Programming (Only for Vista panels. Not required for DSC panels)
