INTRODUCTION

This manual is intended for reference purposes only. There may be subtle differences between the actual product and the images depicted. Please read this manual before using the product.

Install SIM card and SD card.

• Please pay attention to the direction of the slot when inserting the card.
• Inserting a non-standard card may result in damage to the SIM card holder of the device.
• Open the SIM/SD plug first and take out the card tray with the PIN, then you can insert the SIM and SD card.

Restart Device
Holding the power button 2 seconds, choose restart.

Force Device Restart
Holding the power button for over 8 seconds.

Charge
Charging the device before first use is recommended

Note: The charger plugs should be fuly plugged into the socket and keep in an easy-to-unplug location.

Safety Information!

• The device is designed for working in a -20C~55C environment, proper storage temperature is -30C~70C, lower or higher temperature would compromise device performance,even cause potential damage to device or battery.
• Charge device in a 5C~35C environment,in case of battery endurance
• Weakness support or responsibility will be undertaken if end user updates the device with a third-party ROM or cracks device’s system.

Warranty Policy
ComNav Technology warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use in accordance with theproduct user manual during the warranty period, and provides warranty services within the warranty period. The Standard Warranty Period last twelve (12) months in respect of the GNSS device, controller and external radio, from the original date of purchase. lt may vary according to ComNav Technology authorized dealers.

For Warranty Service, it requires:

1. Valid proof of purchase, receipt or Serial Numbers of products.
2. You are the first purchaser who legally acquired the product from ComNav Technology or its authorized dealers.

This Warranty Policy Does NOT Cover:

1. Damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, because of force majeure, but not restricted to lighting.high voltage, collision.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembling, repairing, alteration and modification.
3. Damage was caused by improper installation and operation despite the guidance in user manuals.
4. Damage caused by an unauthorized service provider.
5. Damage caused by your improper transportation.
6. Loss of,or damage to,your data and program by a product.
7. The Warranty does not apply to any software or accessories owned by ComNav Technology or third parties, however.

• If you experience problems with SinoGNSS products during the warranty period and cannot be fixed by referring to the User Manual, please contact your local dealer or ComNav Technology Support Team for remote problem diagnosis and fixing
• lf the device is diagnosed as needing repair,you will be required to fill out a Repair Request,which should be sent to the ComNav Technology service center.
• The Repair Request needs to be filled out on the ComNav Technology Official website >Support->Repair Request.
