Power Up Your Cellular Timer
The Cellular Timer allows you to control any compatible feeder with the Command Pro app to monitor timing, feed level, and battery level.
- Supports 6V or 12V feeder systems
- Monitors both Lead Acid and Lithium battery levels
- Battery level can be viewed in the Command Pro app
- Feeder meter calibration can be initiated within the app.
Step 1: Connect Timer to Feeder Motor
- Connect the white Timer wire to the white motor wire.
- Connect the blue Timer wire to the blue motor wire.
If the motor has no white or blue wires, then connect to the motor terminals. The order of this connection is not critical. The motor will either turn clockwise or counter-clockwise based on the terminal orientation.

Step 2: Connect Timer to Battery
- Connect the red Timer wire to the red battery post.
- Connect the black Timer wire to the black battery post
Add Your Cellular Timer to Your Account
Turn the Timer ON. These timer lights
will flash in sequence as they pair with your account.
If successful, each light will turn solid green. After 10 seconds, the lights will turn off and only the battery will blink green to indicate the timer is ready. If a light turns red, use the error codes below to learn why.
Error Codes

If all 3 LEDs are slowly flashing red: Software is updating. Do not turn Timer off during updates.
If all 3 LEDs are quickly flashing red: Jam during dispensing. If the feeder jams during dispensing, the LEDs will quickly flash red three times before attempting to resume operation.

- Leave enough slack in the Timer Cable to route it close to the hopper and out of the way of the spin plate and the feed.
- Screw the included cable clamps against the hopper if necessary.

Attach Your Feeder Meter
- Mount the Meter to the underside of your hopper lid using the screws or double-sided tape included with your kit.
- Use 5/32” drill bit to drill pilot holes if using screws.
- Attach rubber washers on both ends of the screws (inside and outside of the hopper) to create a watertight seal. Use an 7mm wrench to tighten the hex nuts.
- Face the Feeder Meter sensors down toward the center or the bottom of your feeder for accurate measurement.
- Angle the Feeder Meter straight down using the adjustable mount bracket.
Tips
- Your feeder needs to be level, otherwise the Feeder Meter may give inaccurate results.
- For accurate measurements, clean the Feeder Meter dust cover with a damp cloth every six months, or when you refill your feeder, whichever is sooner.

Insert Feeder Meter batteries
To find the battery compartment, slide off the mount bracket. Then, slide away the battery cover. Insert 4 AA batteries. Follow the polarity markings inside the compartment. Replace the cover and mount bracket.
Note: Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

- For metal feeders, you will need to drill a hole to mount the Feeder Meter antenna.
- Use a 1/4” drill bit to add a hole in the lid of your hopper, close to your Feeder Meter.
- Unscrew the antenna, rubber gasket and brass nut from the Feeder Meter cable.
- Poke the threaded brass insert into the hole you made. Screw on the brass nut with an 8mm wrench or pair of pliers. Slide the rubber gasket on and hand tighten the antenna on the insert.
