Product Usage Instructions

Getting Started

  1. Charge your Combustion Booster for 60 minutes.
  2. Link your Booster to your Predictive Thermometer. Once linked,
    the Booster will repeat the Thermometer’s Bluetooth signal.

Booster Modes

Portable Charger Mode: When unplugged, the
Booster’s onboard battery can recharge your Predictive Thermometer.
Press the button to check the thermometer’s charge level.

Wall Charger Mode: When plugged in, the Booster
will recharge itself and the Predictive Thermometer. The light will
be amber when either is charging and green when both are fully
charged.

Power Management

  • If the Booster is not plugged in, it will search for linked
    MeatNet-enabled Combustion tools to connect with. If no connection
    is found, it will power down in 3 minutes.
  • To turn on the Booster, press the button. If connected,
    indicated by a green blink, it will remain on. To turn it off, hold
    the button for 1 second.

Firmware Update

Follow the instructions in the Combustion App to update the
Booster’s firmware, which is its internal operating system.

Setting up WiFi

Use the QR code or provided link for detailed instructions. In
summary:

  1. Download the app.
  2. Update all firmware.
  3. Charge all devices.
  4. In the app, navigate to ‘WiFi Devices’.
  5. Select your tool and ‘Join network’.
  6. Choose the network and enter the password.

row to show it’s searching (this sequence repeats) · Hold a (fully charged) Predictive Thermometer near the Booster · A single white blink indicates the link has been established (it will blink every 5 seconds)

Modes
