Setup Instructions

  1. Remove the battery compartment cover on the front of the wireless sensor.
  2. Insert 2 x AAA / 1.5 V batteries (not included) facing in the direction indicated on the bottom of the battery compartment. Ensure the battery poles are correct (+/-). Once powered, the red pilot light will illuminate, indicating data transmission to the base unit.
  3. Replace the battery compartment cover.

Note:

  • Do not use batteries with a voltage lower than 1.5 V (e.g., 1.2 V), as this affects measurement accuracy.
  • Preferably use alkaline batteries over zinc-carbon batteries for longer life, especially in low temperatures.
