Alison is effective against all kinds of algae in freshwater aquaria. By reducing the nutrient uptake algae cannot grow anymore and will eventually disappear. Aquarium plants can absorb nutrients through their roots and will hence not be affected. Dosage: 1 levelled dosing spoon (=1 ml) per 20 litres of aquarium water. Always test the water quality and correct when needed.
