Installation Instructions
- Park on a level surface and shut off the motorcyle. Ensure that the engine has time to cool before installation. Cover areas of motorcycle around work area to protect surfaces from damage.
- Remove the seat per your owner’s manual and set aside.
- Locate the main harness shown in Fig. 1 and uncouple. Install the Lightstrike Commander™ in line with the main harness.
- Remove the battery cover and install the positive and negative leads to the terminals. Replace battery cover. Fig. 2
- Lightstrike Commander™ module shown in correct position with leads toward the back of motorcycle. Wiring leads marked with purple go to the left side and brown to the right side of the motorcycle. Fig. 3
- Replace seat.
