Please handle with care as this product may become hot while it is being charged or used. Also, as the device is fully charged or the product is nearing full charge, it will return to normal temperature.
When charging with Power Delivery (PD), it is necessary to use a PD compatible device and a PD compatible cable.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, damage, failure, or data loss of the equipment connected using this product.
When disposing of this product, dispose of it according to the instructions of each local government.

How to Use
How to Charge the Device
Use the USB-C cable to connect the product to the device for charging. If charging does not start automatically, reinsert the cable. When charging is started to the device, the remaining digital charge is displayed.
* In order to use fast charging (Power Delivery), a device that supports fast charging and a charging cable that supports fast charging are required.
Two Devices Simultaneous Charging
Use both USB-C ports to connect the product to the device for charging. If charging does not start automatically, re-insert the cable.
How to Charge by Using Pass Through
Connect a device to either USB-C1 or C2 with a charging cable, and connect a charger and charging cable to the other port to charge this product while charging the device. 
* Devices are charged first.
* When using a charger and a cable that support fast charging, fast pass-through charging is available.
How to Recharge the Device
Charging begins when the USB-C cable is used to connect the product’s USB-C1 or C2 port to a USB charger or other device. 
*The quick charge indicator lights up during quick recharging.
*A USB wall charger that supports18W output is required to recharge the battery up to 18W.
“Charging from USB Type-C and the detachable candle is not supported.
* In order to use fast charging (Power Delivery), a device that supports fast charging and a charging cable that supports fast charging are required.
Warranty
Thank you for purchasing CIO product. If the product has any defects such as initial malfunction, please contact us before reviewing.
We will replace it as an initial malfunction product.
In case of malfunction occurred within the warranty period or correct use, we will also replace it.
Invoice/warranty or dealer’s receipt will become warranty so please keep it. The product will be guaranteed for replacement with it.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds.
Please note that the warranty cannot be provided in the following cases.
- Accident due to careless handling while using it. (e.g. dropping, submerging and so on.)
- Failure due to any internal modification by the user.
- Failure due to fire or water damage.
