    Question

Are replacement parts available for the laser emitting part frame and transparent cover?

    Answer

The CIGMAN Laser Level manual does not list individual replacement parts like the silver frame or transparent cover for purchase. However, the manufacturer provides a three-year warranty for defects and offers repair services through authorized specialists.

Because the manual specifically warns that the tool should be repaired by qualified specialists to maintain safety and that you should not open the gauge yourself, it is unlikely that these internal housing components are sold as user-replaceable parts. We recommend contacting CIGMAN support directly at support@cigmantools.com to inquire about repair options or if they can provide the specific housing components for your model (CM-701).
