Product Usage Instructions
OverviewOperation: Hold the [ ] button for 3 seconds to turn on or turn off the intercom.
Channel Change

Follow the CTCSS/DCS tones and indicator lights to understand the status of the intercom during operation.

Overview

Operation
- Trun ON/OFF
Hold the [] button for 3 seconds to turn on or turn off the intercom.
- Channel Change
- Press the [CH+] button to increase the channel (16 channels Available);
- Press the [CH-] button to decrease the channel (16 channels Available).
- Volume Change
- Press the left [Volume+] button to increase the volume level (8 Volume Levels Available);
- Press the left [Volume-] button to decrease the volume level (8 Volume Levels Available).
- Keyboard Lock/Unlock
Hold the [CH+] button for 3 seconds to lock or unlock the keyboard. - VOX-Turn ON
- Press the [
] button to turn on the intercom, then hold the [Volume-] button for 3 seconds till you hear a ‘VOX ON’ voice prompt to release.

] button to turn off the intercom, the VOX set will be off.

- Hold the left [Volume+] button for 3 seconds to alarm, press the PTT button to stop the alarm.
- Clip Install
Insert the intercom into the clip, then press the top of the clip into the groove on the top of the intercom, and you will hear a click indicating that the back clip has been installed successfully. - Language (Chinese/English) Voice Prompt Change
Turn on the intercom, then change the channel to 15, and then turn off the intercom, finally, hold the [CH-] and [] buttons at the same time for 3 seconds to turn on the intercom to switch between Chinese and English voices.
- Start Talk
- Method 1: Hold the left side PTT button to speak.
- Method 2: Hold the front round PTT button to speak.
- TIPS: Please keep listening (do not press the PTT button) while the other person is speaking, otherwise, the intercom will stop receiving the signal.
- TOT (Time out timer)
The intercom will stop transmitting when the speaking time reaches 60 seconds.
Basic Operations

- CTCSS and DCS tones are similar to access codes and enable the radio to communicate only with the users that are tuned on the same channel and have set the same code. For each channel, you can set up to 50 CTCSS tones and 155 DCS codes. The CTCSS/DCS tones are a sort of “access codes” and enable the radio to communicate only with the other users set on the same frequency and on the same CTCSS/DCS tone. Undesired signals coming from other stations set on the same frequency but with different CTCSS/DCS tones won’t be received.

On a full charge, the standby time of the intercom is about 40-48 Hours. (Please charge the intercom before first use!) There has a low battery alert when the battery power is below 3%, there will have a voice prompt “Please charge” every 25s (continuous broadcast 10 times). The intercom will turn off automatically after broadcast 10 times.
- The microphone will beep while the device is within 1 meter. Please don’t worry about it, just need to separate them from each other.
- We suggest to place the product into the charge station to charge, it will protect the intercom.
- The intercom system does have not a waterproof design, please take the product away from water.
- The intercom system is powered by battery, please Do not place the the product in a flammable or explosive environment.
Troubleshooting

- Remove and reattach the battery.
- Recharge the battery.
- Clean the battery contacts.
Q2: The voice is weak or intermittent during receiving.

- Clean the surface of the speaker.
Q3: Can’t communicate with other group members
A3:
- Check the channel is on the same channel.
- Increase the volume level.
Q4: Hear unknown voices or noise.
A4: Change the channel.
Q5: Unable to hear anyone because of too much noise and hiss.
A5:
- Move towards other members (make the distance of the intercoms within 150ft).
- Move to an open and flat area, restart the intercom, and try again.
- Stay away from equipment that will cause interference.
Q6: The radio keeps transmitting.
A6:
