How to determine the battery status?
*The low battery indicator LED is located at the bottom side next to the optical sensor.*Press both mouse buttons at the same time to activate the low battery indicator LED.*The LED will light in green to indicate a battery voltage > 2.2 V*The LED will light in red to indicate a battery voltage <= 2.2 V. Please change batteries.*The mouse operation stops at a battery level of 2 V.
How to pair a new USB-RF-Dongle with the mouse?
Note: This procedure is required in case you received a new USB-RF-Dongle as a spare part in case the dongle was lost or damaged!*Remove the batteries from the mouse, remove the dongle from the computer.*Connect the dongle with the computer.*Install the batteries to the mouse. Place the mouse as close as possible to the dongle. Press the middle button (inside the battery compartment) once, and the battery indicator LED will flash for 3 seconds.* Test the mouse for function. If the pairing process was not successful, please repeat the instructions from step. In case of problems please contact our customer services.
How to operate Wireless Mouse and Keyboard via the same USB-RF-Dongle?
*Both Wireless Mouse series AK-PMH21OS-F and any Active Key Wireless Keyboard can operate viathe samee USB-RF-Dongle!*The feature is only supported with Wireless Mouse AK-PMH21OS-F and USB-RF-Dongle model “DON2” which is provided with the Wireless Keyboard.*Please confirm the model-name of the dongle which is engraved on the metal part of the dongle.*Disconnect the USB-RF-Dongle of the Wireless Mouse from your host PC and connect only the USB-RF-Dongle of the Wireless Keyboard.*Please follow the steps in FAQ item “How to pair a new USB-RF-Dongle with the mouse?”.
