The programming is done via the software “Matrix Maker”.
Download the free software from the official Cherry website by navigating to the corresponding product page.
My keyboard is not recognized when plugged in!
Remove the USB plug, restart the PC and make sure that you have the rights to install a USB device (administrator account). Then plug in the USB connector again, preferably into a different port than the first attempt. If you still have problems, please contact us.
