All descriptions of the advertising machine in the manual are illustrations and words, which may be slightly different from the real thing, please refer to the real thing!

The power switch of the advertising machine should be located in a position that cannot be reached by children to prevent the danger of children touching the power switch.
The power plug should be fully inserted into the socket, if not fully inserted into the socket, it will cause a fire due to heat.

If the machine does not work for a long time, please unplug the 220V power supply.
Do not disassemble or repair the equipment by yourself to prevent high-voltage electric shock or other dangers.

Do not expose the equipment to rain and sun, so as not to affect the normal use.
Do not plug the ventilation and heat dissipation holes and sound holes of the machine.

Do not place the network terminal near a radiator or other heat source equipment.
When cleaning the machine, please unplug the power cord first and ensure that the machine is in the state of power off; When cleaning the LCD screen of the machine, do not use spray directly.

Before opening the machine, please read the instructions carefully to prevent damage to the machine.

Special note: If the board has two kinds of external USB interfaces: HOST and OTG/HOST, it can be used under normal circumstances
HOST port or extension port. Do not use OTG/HOST as a peripheral interface for a long time (insufficient stability). This interface can be used for temporary debugging of the machine.

Chapter two: Product overview

This scheme is an intelligent terminal control board based on Android 11 operating system, and the CPU uses Ruixin RK3568 intelligent chip. High performance, low power consumption; Support LVDS dot screen (1920X1080 and below resolution), EDP dot screen (1920X1080 and below resolution), MIPI dot screen (1200X1920 and below resolution), support 4K decoding, support HDMI2.0 output; Support remote control switch and network timing switch; Support touch screen, mouse, keyboard, key pad, serial port and other devices connection; Realize seamless switching of HD video, automatic rotation of video horizontally and vertically and multi-template one-click free split screen playback, support multi-segment timing and streaming subtitles; This scheme can be better adapted to other publishing systems.

DC block: Connect the 12V power adapter；

HDMI socket: HDMI1080/2160P@60Hz output；
USB port: Connects to USB devices such as computers, U disks, mice, and touch screens；

Chapter five network signal connection

WIFI Network signal connection
Right picture，Need to add WIFI-2.4G/5.8G antenna, customers according to their own needs to increase the corresponding strength of the antenna (the red box to insert the antenna). As shown below, turn on the WIFI switch; Select the WIFI you want to connect to Signal, and enter the corresponding password, you can successfully connect。

Note: WIFI signal availability and coverage depends on the number of signals, antenna performance, and external environment.

Bluetooth signal connection
Enter “Settings – Connected devices – Pair with new devices”, and the Figure 5.2.1 interface will be displayed.

After turning on Bluetooth, it will automatically search for nearby Bluetooth devices, and tap the Bluetooth device found in the available devices
Pairing connections are available. Once the search is complete, you can refresh, rename your device, and view files received by Bluetooth in more options at the top right corner of the Bluetooth Settings page. When receiving the file, the following interface prompt will appear, click the received file, and then confirm the acceptance.

Ethernet Connection

Plug in the network cable, turn on the Ethernet switch in the Wireless and network Settings page, and the system will automatically obtain the IP address. The Ethernet connection is successful, as shown in the figure.

Note: The Ethernet MAC address is the only permanently valid device ID on the system.

Chapter six Android system reset

Enter “Setup – System – Reset option”, select “Clear all data (restore factory Settings)”, click “Clear all data”, after the machine restarts automatically, the system will restore factory Settings.

Note: Restoring factory Settings will clear all third-party applications, user Settings, multimedia, and files. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

Chapter seven Timing switch

In the application, open the timer switch application and enter the interface in Figure 7.1. Timing switch mode:
Daily mode: The system switches on and off based on the time set in this time range every day. You can set five time ranges every day.
Weekly mode (week mode) : The machine will be switched on and off according to the time set in this event segment every week, and five different periods can be set in seven days a week.
Network mode: A third-party application broadcasts the on-off time. After receiving the broadcast, the local timing application consults the on-off time according to the delivered time. Clear timing data: After clicking this button, all previous timing Settings will be cleared.
After the shutdown time, the system will send out a 30S countdown, as shown in page 7.4.
When the countdown ends, the system will automatically shut down. During the shutdown time, after manually starting the machine and entering the system, the system will release the shutdown countdown after 2 minutes of startup, so as to avoid accidental startup or temporary need to start the machine to cancel the scheduled task.

Attention:

When the default mode is enabled, the weekly mode is invalid, that is, the default mode has the highest priority.
The time setting must be the logic of starting time before and shutting down time after.

After some distribution systems are installed, the timing switch function depends on the timing switch of the distribution system.
Web mode is only available for Android app developers.

Chapter eight Video player

Open the video player application in the application, which can realize the loop playback of video programs in the built-in storage, U disk and TF card.

Chapter nine Hiding the Status Bar

In the Settings, select “Show” and select “Hide Status bar” to hide the status bar. Select Slide Out of the navigation bar. You can slide the mouse upward to slide out of the navigation bar. After no operation for 5 seconds, the navigation bar disappears. If do not drop the notification bar is selected, the notification bar cannot be dropped.

Note: When using the publishing system, the status bar will cause the publishing system to read the resolution error, you can hide the status bar.

Chapter ten Viewing System Information

Viewing storage information
In Settings, select “Storage” to enter the interface shown in Figure 10.1.1, which displays the storage information of the internal storage space. Internal storage shared space. The total capacity is the available storage capacity of the board.

Memory information
In the Settings, select “Memory” to enter the interface in Figure 10.2.1. You can click the upper left corner to select the memory usage of the device in recent hours.

About device viewing

In the Settings, select “About Device” to enter the interface in Figure 10.3.1, where:
Processor Type indicates the model of the current chip.

Android Version indicates the Android version of the current operating system.
Version Number indicates the version number of the current system software.

Chapter eleven Screenshot Settings

In the setting page, enter the “Screenshot Settings” as shown in Figure 11.1, you can set the delayed screenshot. When the 15S delay time is selected, the screenshot will be automatically taken after 15S. After you tick the box next to “Show screenshot button on status bar”, you can see the button pointed by the arrow in Figure 11.2 in the navigation bar below when the hidden status bar is turned off. Chapter twelve common fault analysis

The machine has a black screen and no backlight. Check whether the 220V voltage is normal and whether the power cable is connected to the external power cable.

The machine screen is backlit, and there is no normal display screen. Please confirm whether the screen parameter is correct or contact the manufacturer to debug the screen.
If there is no sound after the device is powered on, check whether the volume is set to the minimum and the mute switch is turned on.
After starting the debugging USB, the peripheral cannot be connected, power off or uncheck the debugging USB with the remote control.

The remote control does not work, check whether the remote control battery is installed or whether the battery is powered.
The machine time display is not allowed, connect to the network, and then open the network automatic update time.
This advertising machine is an intelligent chip control device. In addition to the above problems, the reconnection still cannot work normally. Please contact the supplier or professional maintenance technician for processing.
