How to access OSD?

Access OSD by swipe-down with two fingers at the bottom right corner of the screen.

1.Check if power is on, connect with charger and restart in 10 minutes. 2.Check if your device is compatible. 3. Restart your device and portable monitor.

Touchscreen, touch pad or keyboard not working

When connects HDMI with your desktop, it functions only as a second monitor. Please connects with USB-C for full functions.

No volume

Please check if it is mute, as well as your device’s volume.

Auto rotate not working

Check OSD if auto rotate is on.

Unable to reverse charge your device

1. Check if your device supports 5V input. 2. Check if reverse charging on OSD is on.
