Important Safety Notice:

• Ensure vents are not blocked to prevent overheating.
• Avoid pressing the display hard or pinching it to lift the laptop.
• Use a protective case or bag when traveling with the laptop; avoid exposing it to the harsh conditions.
• Keep the laptop away from magnetic fields, direct sunlight, rain, and dew.
• Do not use in extreme heat or cold.
• Keep away from flames or heat sources.
• Do not tamper with the battery; keep it out of children’s reach.
• Keep away from dust and corrosive chemicals.
• Use only original batteries; avoid non-original replacements.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter general issues with your laptop, follow these steps to resolve them:

• Ensure the laptop is completely turned off.
• Make sure the AC power adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and a working power outlet.
• Ensure all external devices are properly connected. If issues persist, try unplugging these devices to see if they are causing any errors.
• After turning off the laptop, wait for at least 10 seconds before attempting to power it back on. Check to ensure that the boot sequence is normal.

Power Supply and Charging:

• This device can be powered using either a lithium battery or an AC power adapter.
• After unpacking, please connect the AC power adapter to charge the laptop first.
• If you continue to use the laptop while charging, the charging time may be longer.
• For faster charging, it’s recommended to put the laptop in sleep mode or turn it off while charging.
• When the battery is low, a prompt will appear on the screen. The laptop willcontinue to function until the battery is critically low, at which point data may not be saved. Please charge the device promptly; once connected to the adapter, you can use the laptop normally.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage:

• Before cleaning the device, turn off the system and unplug the adapter.
• Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry it with a soft cloth.
• Do not use corrosive cleaning agents.
• Avoid immersing the product in water or other liquids.
• After cleaning, store the laptop in a dry, flat environment.
